iuvenis animo I only know it from LGBT but I guess it applies here too: Basically someone who supports the causes of the group or wants equality for them, without necessarily being part of it. Usually if you are part of it you are automatically an ally so when people say ally they often mean someone who isnt part of that group but supports them. Sadly we still need an extra word for this because there are still bigoted people, some even in America and Europe (although a lot less obviously than in highly religious states like Saudi Arabia for example)

I really don’t understand how same sex marriages are affecting others and the community. In fact it’s actually helping by preventing the world from becoming overpopulated(One of the biggest fear many people have). It may even help decrease the number of children's in foster home. People who go against same sex marriages are just bored out of their mind and got nothing better to do. How is their life affecting yours? Just let them be them and you be you. Those who worry too much about them are only causing stress to themselves.

Not all christian's hate people part of the LGBTG+ community. Just certain types of christians do for some odd reason. She once told me that she was initially hesitant to be friends with me because she saw my cross-shaped necklace and didn't want to deal with the judgement and hate. So long as people are happy with their lives (and it's within legal boundaries) I don't care what you do, nor should I have any right to harass you for your choice of a life. Religious? Good for you. Usually if you are part of it you are automatically an ally so when people say ally they often mean someone who isnt part of that group but supports them.
Sadly we still need an extra word for this because there are still bigoted people, some even in America and Europe (although a lot less obviously than in highly religious states like Saudi Arabia for example)

I really don’t understand how same sex marriages are affecting others and the community. In fact it’s actually helping by preventing the world from becoming overpopulated(One of the biggest fear many people have). It may even help decrease the number of children's in foster home. People who go against same sex marriages are just bored out of their mind and got nothing better to do. How is their life affecting yours? Just let them be them and you be you.
