      Clinical features to diagnose periphlebitis are
      1.vitreous cells
      2.focal or diffuse perivascular cuffing
      3.haemorrhages
      4.retinal edema
      5.if there is occlusive vasculitis cotton wool spots
      FFA is more sensitive investigation
      There can be associated features like healed chorioretinal atrophic patches
