Divide your 24 hours in this way. 7 hours of compulsory sleep (six hours in the night + one hour of nap in the afternoon), 3 hours for eating, relaxing, exercise and other activities. Of the remaining 14 hours, spend your time between school, may be tuition and maximum 5-6 hours of fruitful self-study (to be done in four different time zones). Do not burn yourself out by devoting more time than this to self-study. More details and motivation in the video.

Sir i am generally having about 11 to 12 hours of self study due to which I fell burn out so should I talk to my friends for relaxing as many people say due to talking you will be distracted

@@sahilk7242 you won't get distracted. Talking to friends can be a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. I used to talk to my friends about study during my boards (I have secured 96.6%)

Sir... I'd like to say that im in icse board 10th and I havent done ANYTHING this past year at all and I dont remember anything I studied... I'm also a very passive learner and I dont really get good grades and ive done nothing this entire year- LITERALLY NOTHING. And I have a short memory and I'll forget anything I study the next day itself- no matter how many times I study it... And w board exams coming near I really need to score above 90%... Do u have any advice on what I can do and what to concentrate on?? I feel like- even if I knew the questions in the exam i wouldnt be able to attend it-- I havent done anything this year and I have so many regrets....
im on the same boat,i cant concentrate no matter what i do and now its less than a month away
If you guys are determined enough, then i suggest starting simple for the first few days but build up from there.
Try watching a video for every chapter you need to understand, and then give a reading to the book.
Make sure that you actively test yourself with chapters that you study around 3-4 days after studying that chapter, it'll be engraved in your long term memory (by test i just mean solving a few questions per topic)
And make sure that you reward yourself with something only if you think your day was fruitful :)

You can score bruh stop fearing first. Think of yourself as a warrior and give your best on the battlefield.
Guys just clear ur concepts nd do back exercises nd then pyqs that's more than enough nd most important thing to revise everything what u have done before going to sleep .. for maths I m also weak in it 🥲 .. I m going to clear my concepts then I 'll just solve pyqs

It's essy... Just study 5 chapters thoroughly and the rest you can read it once or twice for the mcqs and yes toposheet is a must practice because you lose the maximum marks in it practice 1 everyday and the map too
Yes I actually did the same in 2023 exam and scored 99 in geo , moreover you can clearly expect one q from transport just dealing with advantage and disadvantage of road, rail, air ways😅
