Felt like I was there! As always. Great progress and production. 🇨🇦
thank you, and you haven't seen next episode yet...
A boat out of water is always a scary experience! Glad it is going well so far! Regards.
thanks , what a day it was...
wow.
It's gonna feel great to refinish the hull and get it ready for another decade on the water
That’s a fact!
That is one beautiful boat, and twin screw, you little ripper, must have missed that episode.
she is!!
Very good video😮😊
Thank you.
Goed gedaan, veel succes! She is now ready for her makeover and new life! 👍
yep next chapter is about to start
I am a steel boat owner and to be honest I do not understand how a steel boat to survive 15 years in the water without becoming a pile of yet alone looking as good as this one??? This could become a beautiful boat... Ok I subscribe I have to watch at the previous episodes now...
OMG that is such a tiny trailer!!
hi, I'm amazed a well, first looks are great, I'll do an in-depth video on the hull very soon. The anodes have done their work, yet I would think that after 15 years they'd be completely gone... we'll know in a not so distant future.
Top job!
I really hope the hull is not to thin at certain spots, maybe take ultrasonic measures?
Surely will do, once I remove the paint.
nice lines!!
I agree.
check out next episode then you'll see the entire boat
At the front its the sign of cologne, nice!
Can you tell me more about it? Been looking into this for a while.
I hope the right translation is: coat of arms. Please look at Wiki by Kölner Wappen. .kind regards Florian
Goede muziek! Maakte het lekker spannend. Maar een fantastisch mooi scheepje!
Dank je.
Great stuff. Enjoying the work. If you manage the Caledonian Canal , give us a shout....
OH yes, fantastic region, love to go there, see you in a year or 5 .
Drama and everything….😂
Great content.
Thanks man, be sure to check next episode. Even more drama…
Tidy lift out next a jet spray clean 😊😊
coming up...
total nerve wracking, I hope you had a couple of stiff drinks after that, love the music
thank you. it was in honour of my father who used this music on the 8mm film when his boat when into the water in 1974
and yes a few stiff drinks where served , for sure when you'll see part 2 of this endeveour.
Dikte platen meten.
I was expecting a single prop !!! since there was a single rudder
Are the engines still in the boat? if so what kind?
They are. 2 DAF575 engines . I want them out of you are interested?
👍👍👍. 😉😎
This is known in the biz as “pucker factor”
Waauw, I had to look it up. pucker factor one hundred. you'll see in part 2
24 TON
Should of towed you alongside far better steering and control ,,I’ve done it many times with a dingy and out board strapped to a yacht with fin keel ,you can use the larger boats rudder to help steer
my initial thought as well, but the captain of the "tow boat", an experienced captain wanted differently...
@ yes I did understand that but hey it worked and no harm done ,,but if you ever wanna tow again think about it ,,,,it’s surprisingly good
thank you
Regarding the shape of the hull, not sure it will make a sailing boat
I agree that it will never sail as a real designated sailboat with keel, but I should be able to do downwind and broad reach courses?
Appropriate theme music.
thanks , it was in honour of my father who used this music on the 8mm film when his boat when into the water in 1974
Quay is pronounced key....
you're right. thank you for the input.
@@BoatProjectY sorry, didnt intend to sound so short in my explanation
15 jaar? no way
that's what I say. last known lift in 2000/2001
@@BoatProjectYthat would make it 25 not 15
@ haha I'm stupid. 2010/11
