Free speech is one thing but trespassing and damaging property is a different thing
You dont feel any shame while saying this? WHOLE of the gaza has been destroyed , almost all the schools and universities WITH the help of US dollars. Its a genocide happening and you are crying on a couple broken windows?
Nothing happened to BLM protestors who damaged private property in 2020 either.

It's a sad day in America when peaceful protesters can't sing Kumbaya, smash windows, storm and occupy a university building!
😂I worked for YEARS as a doctor at a university. These are children and late adolescents who think they have life figured out. They do not. They are there to learn. They can peacefully protest within the rules and curfews, not infringe upon others’ rights, go to class and learn and stop breaking the law.
They are not affecting policy changes of the university or the nation.
I am left of center and support Israeli AND Palestinian citizens-and have before these kids were born. I don’t support terrorists-which they are becoming labeled by breaking and entering and by the company they attract. I don’t support Iranian proxy’s or authoritarian wannabe Netanyahu.
Politicians go home. MAGA attracts but does not condemn NeoNazi’s like Fuentes because it needs their votes and some Progressive activists on social media like TYT are fueling this nonsense. Progressive politicians need to tell these protestors where to draw the line…because 1) a mob mentality has taken over 2) the crowds attract bad actors
Mom and dad should turn off the credit cards and these people will be out the door so fast
Their parents are as bad as they are.
Why? Because you don't share their values?
@@terilynnnelson572Because they're paying for their child to get an education, not take part in bullshit protests supporting a terrorist organization
Same with Israel. End the billions in aid and they would stop their subjegation of the Palestinian people, real quick.

Withdraw accreditation from Columbia. When the administrators have to stand in front of 30.000 students and tell them they are not getting a college degree, you will see how fast they will take care of the Hamas crowd.
And, of course, you support the genocide crowd.
Send them to federal prison. In there they can protest the aryan brotherhood
If you do not want Congress involved then refuse Federal funds. Of course, you will not.
Free speech unless you say something against Israel. When I was in college were protesting against S.A. apartheid and demanding that UC Berkeley divest...it happened! Apartheid ended shortly thereafter and Mandela was awarded the Nobel Peace prize. Know your history! Keep it up, please don't give up students!!
Exactly! These protests against the genocidal apartheid need to keep going!
Ahhh yes I remember when Mandela was elected the first thing he did was thank the students of UC Berkeley because without them apartheid would never end.
The arrogance to think that little protest did anything to end apartheid is hilarious. Almost as hilarious as these students thinking that there protest means anything to Israel.

Quick somebody tell me the difference between this and the January 6
By that same measure, January 6 was also the defence of free speech. You can't pick and choose which laws to enforce. The law is the law. Enough is enough

Except Jan 6 was the attempt to kill the vice president and overthrow the democratic elections.

If they don’t want problems in his college, they need to shut it down
Simple solution for the students that don’t want to abide by the colleges rules and refuse to sign the form then find another college maybe in another country
The college rules include free speech.
Just checking IDs will solve half the problem. Ukraine war, Afghanistan war, Iraq War every war should have been protested. Why even gun violence and deaths inside america should have been protested. America is constantly involved in wars.... by that means these students should have a full time job just protesting. University is for getting education. You fight for local rights, dorm housing rights , education rights is one thing, but to fight against foreign policies that universities have no role in framing is completely another thing. Universities shouldnt change investments policies based on politics of war...science and research is for common people not for war hungry politicians. As tax payers... money for wars come from us. Actual divestment needs to happen there not from universities. Without coordinated outside funding such protests are not possible. Finals in two weeks - what a great way to flunk finals, get suspended and waste all money. Protests are not even for a ceasefire in Ukraine or Gaza - they dont want the war to stop? Portests are also not for humanitarian aid. These great students should first learn source for war funding ... universities any where in the world are not involved in funding these wars. Tax payers are. And people who you elected to office are doing these - funding wars, defunding police, not penalizing any crime, allowing illegal immigration and routing trillions of tax payer money into wars. Stop voting for democrats and all wars should cease. Show the power with your vote. I have seen activists storm city council meetings on the same issue...again DUMB people --- city council is for solving local issues not foreign policies.
Now you know why they won't cancel student debt.

ABC News, please correct the headline/title of this video. It has been consistent across all these protests which have been set at postsecondary campuses that a lot of folks participating in these protests are NOT students or faculty. It is also consistent that these protests have been at least in part organized by outside groups and certainly information protesters are using as basis for their protests are in large part coming from outside sources (e.g., Tik Tok). So, please, be more precise here. Because we have had events such as these in history where students have been recruited/used for outside purposes.
It's scary to also know that some of those terrorists weren't even from the school. And I say terrorists because it truly causes terror to the folks who are minding their own business. Good on the authorities for doing something.
I think that the people who have to go to class after they said go back to Poland and so one not feeling themself safe with these same people
The kids killed by Israel with the money this university is providing were also minding their own business
And here I was thinking that it was the extremists who've killed 35,000 people so far including 14,500 children. Silly me, it's actually these students protesting those deaths that are the real terrorists. Thank you for clearing that up!

@@evamarsi4998 "intifada revolution" is revolution from an apartheid state that Israel has forced upon Palestinian people for decades. And "From the river to the sea Palestine will be free" is a call for freedom--literally, read the phrase, it just means freedom, nothing more. You can cling to one interpretation of it as meaning the elimination of Israel, but the truth is that everyone shouting that phrase means only exactly what is said: freedom for Palestine. We should support freedom for a people who have had their land and homes stolen, and who are being slaughtered by the tens of thousands. And by the way, you talk about Jewish people being chased?
