    Great, easy to follow video. Thank you. I have a question; the details that were in the original default email that tell the purchaser how to log in and their password details etc, do you also need to say this in the automation email you send? If so, how do you manage this?

    So how are they getting their login info for the course?

    So, in the email you are creating, it doesn't have the same information as the default email which takes someone to their login page and library. Isn't that what you want a purchase confirmation email to do? I'm confused about the content of your purchase confirmation email.

    I followed along and changed it to option 3, made a sale and she now says she doesn't know how to access the course? As I'm new to this I want it confirmed they are sent an email to make a log in? We don't touch that at all in your suggestion? Thank you.

    Hi, I switched "Post-purchase email" it to "None" the but default mail is still sent even though, the support also doesn't know why, do you know why?

      The email that is sending is likely the "NEW MEMBER WELCOME EMAIL" and that (at this time) can't be turned off. It's one of the emails that lives under Settings >> Email Templates. So many of us have asked Kajabi to give us the ability to turn on and off this email as it causes confusion in a variety of ways. Check and see if it's the NEW MEMBER WELCOME EMAIL that is going out.
