My suggestion go for 2bhk 1000+ sqft built-up area with 675 sqft carpet area ( 50Lakhs). Car parking -3L extra. But as per supreme court judgement no one should sell car parking as separate space...
Amenities are ok and offers also good but even 3 bhk is just 999 sqft and carpet area comes around 500 and odd sqft which is very compact so not worth I visited this in a plan to buy after seeing so much of ads but after seeing such a space constraint I felt not to go for it. If you are willing to stay in a place where there is no security you can come here.. 3. If uheard of 120+ aminities please ask them what are they, am staying here for an year and i never seen any and management says they dont know about marketing commitments.. 5. If u have seen the vr with central park ask them are they building on their own land or govt land. They will say osr land buy local govt can dig it out... If ur willing to stay in a comunity where every week some or the others are getting admitted cos of viral diseases come here, but better to have medical insurance as i have paid 58k this week to hospital.. If u are willing to keep going to police station you can come here, cos if you ask about an issue with maintanace they will complain in police station...

Once you make your downpayment, they will stop attending calls and stop replying to messages regularly. Loan lam support pannuvom athu ithunu solli book panna vaipanga, but onnumae panna maatanga. most importantly, they charge 20,000 for cancellation. so please think twice before booking here.
Only 20,000? They locked our amount 220000 as we dint accept to take loan from the private party which they recommended. they are not giving back the money. Please help me to proceed

Go to their CRM office at Kotturpuram directly. Calling them is useless. They will just keep redirecting to different ppl and all of them are very unprofessional. They don’t attend calls or reply to messages after a while. So if we want our money soon, we should visit their office directly once in a while. Sadly that’s the only possible option.
