You’ll get there, why not instead of focusing on the notes why don’t you see what you can fix on your picking technique that’s how I learned the song.

Just out of interest are you learning it from that (unauthorized) book transcribed by a guy in Eastern Europe?
The reason I ask is because it definitely has mistakes in it. For example in the middle (mostly) 12/8 section the pedal points are actually sextuplets and not 32nds as notated. There are other mistakes in that section too. So you need to figure out the mistakes.
