I read some comments about the kids being safe in the tent around the Bears. My reply to this is, "These boys are no rookies. I'm sure they were well-prepared for what may come when they are in the woods. Have you seeing their hunting videos? Bang bang pow pow. Lol😊
I second that. I would trust those boys explicitly!
No doubt they are but why anchor your boat so far away from where the tent is. I'd be as close as I could in case of trouble. But its they life to do as they please. I used to go colorado mountains to camp with family,and walk all over the Forrest by myself. Then, one day it hit me. This is the wilderness not my woods back home with no protection. I was told later from the lodge that bears were roaming all over.
Such a wonderful adventure as a family I'm so proud of you share your lives with your children and teach them, sadly that's become a lost art most parents just go to work never see their kids, and your family is teaching your children as they live love and learn together how to survive so wonderful

Wow, that breakfast pizza looked so delicious! Joas you seem so intelligent. It seems as if you can figure out how to build or use anything, from building a sewer system to figuring out a new coffee machine. I'm impressed! That camping trip looked like it was a blast. WoW, amazing fishing trip! That BEAR made me scared for the kids! You and them are FEARLESS. Will your freezer hold all the fish you are catching? 😁 Great looking coffee and meal. The yard is looking nice. The kids are so smart, they will tackle anything.

We have the Breville Barista Espresso machine ☕️ we absolutely love our coffee machine, we no longer like bought coffee anymore 😀 but you got to have the right kind of coffee beans, just wondering what you guys use, you didn't mention it.

Same thoughts here....my parents were gruff and never had a kind word. I lived in fear. He is old now and my cousin, who didn't get treated bad by him is his little best friend now. Oof.

What a beautiful scenery, it looks like so much family fun. We always go Camping with family and Friends. It's almost like a unwritten rule, the Men do ALL the cooking. They love to show off their Cooking Skills. They love using their Traigers, they use different smoked pallets and they make themselves proud when people give them thumbs up. I go with my Daughter and family, my Son is law will not allow us to help or do anything, yes I love it. I was told that when Camping, men do most of the cooking 🍳 🤷♀️ . I love to watch your family going out on these outings, you all look so happy. Thank you so much for taking us with you all on your excursions. God bless you 🙏
You have a fancy coffee pot. Coffee pots that store water in them can harbor bacteria. The water in those types of pots don’t get hot enough to kill bacteria. If you start having stomach problems or diarrhea- it might be that pot.

What an amazing video the scenery was simply beautiful. It must be truly beautiful to see it in person. The house and yard it coming along wonderfully. We have had a rather warm winter in Queensland Australia, in the final month now and the next couple of weeks I will be getting seeds sown for my vegetable gardens with Spring Sept 1st. I waited until I got my Casabrew coffee machine to comment so don't know if you'll read this 3 months later, Joas. The machine is everything you said it was so thanks! We've suffered with a Keurig for years so this is such a treat. Finally, delicious coffee drinks! BTW, maybe you know this by now but you should draw your shots only after steaming your milk. Otherwise the shots will start oxidizing and compromise the flavor. Also suggest using a thermometer for perfect temp, which should be no more than 180 F. Thanks again, brother in Christ!

Hey you guys, what a great experience with the fishing and camping and the family and the scenery etc etc and then a new coffee machine as well, my goodness!
Love our breville coffee machine, it’s worth getting a good one and making it with milk is the best coffee! If you need more pressure make the grind finer. Buy expensive beans also don’t go cheap or it’ll be taste like those coffee shops you never want to go back to.
We’re coming over for a visit to the US for 6 weeks soon and travelling around in an RV, very excited have been wanting to come over since 2020.

Culross passage has Long bay. always calm and there is an island to camp on. Plus a creek that flows into it with salmon. Culross has shrimp and you can go snag sockeye at the hatchery in main bay.
You guys are having so much fun and I love seeing how you have good old fashion work ethic but know when to take a break and enjoy God's magnificent creations and I believe when we appreciate and enjoy his creations that is another way of worshiping our Father. Thanks for sharing

Oooh! That bear! Glad he wasn’t too curious. We were in Alaska last month and I love seeing your videos of those beautiful mountains and waterfalls. A couple of coffee tips: Never leave milk on your wand. It can ruin your machine. Wipe it with a damp cloth (carefully) and blow out a second or two of steam after. Also, it is so helpful to weigh your beans before and after you grind. This gives consistency as well as letting you know how much coffee is left behind in the grinder. You don’t want old coffee grounds in your morning espresso! Enjoy your new machine.

Beautiful beautiful photography! I would adjust the grind if your coffee. You should have a nice caramel crème pouring into your shot glass. You will get the hang of it!! We have used a Breville Espresso machine for years.
