I have written down Fukushuu o Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musou Suru. This I remember was a pretty evilish protagonist with crazy mixed in. It sounds like a similar plot to the one mentioned in the video about defeating the demon king and having the country betray and kill him I think, for him to reincarnate and go on a revenge spree.
I enjoy "Her Majesty's Swarm". The MC (named Grevillea in Vol 2 of the LN) tries to keep herself level headed but the hivemind she's hooked into eventually pushes her into waging war on the entire world. She quickly falls into the mindset of "If the people I kill are evil then it's okay" and despite trying her best to keep level headed she shows a distinct lack of regard for the lives of people she doesn't like. Minor spoiler but there's a part in the LN where she's casually eating sandwiches in the aftermath of a destroyed city, paying no mind to the bodies around her. The Manga is okay. I think the art carries it since it lacks the detail that keeps the middling LN interesting enough to not drop it. Edit: I also want to mention "I Get Stronger the More I Eat". It follows a superhuman called "Pet Shop" for his ability to assimilate the traits of animals he eats. He becomes a poacher to get more rare animals to eat and is eventually captured by the police when all of them get Isekai'd. Pet Shop is a monster through and through, even torturing the monsters in the new world to test the limits of his new abilities gained from eating them. He has no moral compass and is willing to do anything and everything to get his way.
There is one in the weird chaos neutral evil in the villainess manga that you need to check out its name is The One Within the Villainess, a non romantic story of the person normally is replaced in the villaines stories that get her revenge of those stupid choice of otome games gods included Other mangas are -The Executed Sage Who Was Reincarnated as a Lich -Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin -The Mercenary Bomber Explodes All Cheaters -Karate Survivor in Another World. (the surviving part is more relevant than the karate, and he is technically not evil, the world is just cruel enough to not let him being kind and he don't care start a fight, run, or being merciless in that shitty world)
