He resigned as the deputy governor a long time ago when he saw the lawlessness that Yahaya Bello used to manage Kogi State.
This is the right time for him to address it.
The National Assembly of Nigeria must take a stand and ensure that Former Governor Yahaya Bello be made to surrender to the EFCC.
Pretending not to know what to do with this matter, is a violation of their constitutional duty of upholding the law of the land.

All the EFCC need to do is to bring their Charges before the Court. Their media trial is uncalled for, disgraceful and unprofessional.. At the end of the day, they mess up the whole case where they are supposed to bring the evidence before the Court.. Whoever is suspected (based on evidence) of public funds mismanagement deserve to be charged to Court.. But charging is one thing and bringing evidence is another thing. You may accuse anyone of anything but this has to be supported or confirmed by gogent evidence, not all these media trial. Is EFCC not an institition within the corrupt system??
