You Babangida, Abdulsalami, Gowon, Danjuma. Obasanjo, etc should all come out, admit your mistakes and faults , and apologise ( and speak, against the wickedness and bad governance, of the present civilian politicians !
But rather you all play deaf, dumb and blind - and see the mess and bad governance worsening !!

Weak questions elicit weak answers, no substance from IBB just waffling throughout the question pertaining SAP, the interviewer is brown nosing IBB rather than asking him critical questions about the failure of his regime. IBB failed to say why the election was annulled, why did IBB not retire Abacha the man who planned virtually all coups in Nigeria was left with an interim government.
Why did the Almighty God not destroy Satan and still kept him alive? Sadly, how shallow we think. The same IBB completed 8years as a President with the Nation united, better than today(in security & economy) and resigned with honor(not greedy clinging to power). Why don't you think/see him as a 'school of thought' to learn how he was able to do all that? Now living at large in the same Nigeria (without running away). I am a student of knowledge and I would like to learn from you. If I may ask, what are your own achievements so far (thus, I could learn therefrom)?
