- This issue can be fixed under warranty for a lot of cars. This car had next to no brakes and would feel like ABS was engaged anytime you used them. Had this sound and message anytime you started the car.
Wish there'd be follow-up for this. Otherwise you're just showing us a problem. Gret.
I originally posted it so I could put the video on a forum. Mechanic was stumped. Had to fly in a specialist. In the end they replaced the ABS unit out of pocket. It fixed it.
I have a 2014 Hyundai Sonata (17,000 Miles) I experienced the same problem I found a solution try pressing the start button with the FON this should start the car (brake pedal pressed) if it woks as it did with me, the consider replacing the battery in your FOB

The same issue but sometimes it’s the battery you have too replaced
Im dealing with this now. I get code P2159 which are my wheel speed sensors, took me a month to figure out the ‘Performance B’ is my back tires. Finding these sensors at a reasonable rate has been difficult but I got my front two fixed, now just need my back two replacements.

I have a same problem in hyundai sonata hybrid 2015 . what's the problem for that. where i can fix that problem.
Just remove negative from your battery and put it back after 30 seconds. This will reset computer and will temporary fix the issue.
The issue come back again

@@moforkevin Honwstly it’s been so long now I can’t remember. But due to the price of repairs we sold the car to the dealer and made our escape. It would be hard to do these days due to how little they cost after depreciation. But check through my notes on here and I explained what’s up I just can’t can’t remember details now

@yhayazen778 some peopel say, check the the back of your car the orange Safety Plug inside of it there is a fuse 125a try replace it, and it might it.
Did yall get the class action settlement notification for your sonata. My car is doing this and im wondering if this is included in the settlement

They ended up selling the car. They were wealthy and didn’t care if they lost money on it. Must be nice 😆

It’s the master cylinder controller in this situation. In the end they sold the car at a loss because this was thousands to fix.

Bad ABS module or it could be brake booster having the exact same issue

I had the same problem I changed the hydraulic pump for brakes the problem finished, it costed me 220 Canadian dollars plus 80 labor
