From Monday, people who cannot work from home are being actively encouraged to go to work instead of being told to only go if they must. But they should avoid public transport if at all possible. From Wednesday, people are being encouraged to take unlimited amounts of outdoor exercise and even play sports, but only with members of their household. Visiting and sunbathing in local parks will also be allowed as will driving to other destinations. But social distancing rules will still have to be obeyed with bigger fines for those who break them. Primary schools may begin to reopen by June 1 at the earliest along with the phased reopening of shops. But secondary schools are not expected to reopen before the summer holidays. Some pubs, restaurants, hotels and other public places could begin to reopen in July at the earliest 'if and only if the numbers support it'. A new Covid Alert System is being set up determined mainly by the reinfection rate and the number of cases. The alert levels will be one to five and the higher the level, the tougher social distancing measures will have to be. Boris Johnson did not want to contemplate a draconian response. When they did act, ministers found they were behind in a global race for critical resources such as ventilators, testing capacity and PPE. The failure to move decisively to suppress the pandemic lies at the root of the mess. Anyhow god knows when this will all blow over we can’t be sitting around at home all day it may take upto 2 years or more we don’t know the government can’t keep us locked in for that so yeah
No facts just deaths. 0 to 15 age group 3 deaths in 1 million. 15 to 35 about 40 deaths around 6 million in this age group. Agreed. People seem to think this is a lark. Sit back and criticise, moan. Personal responsibility and discipline are needed to overcome the virus but also the threat to our daily routines. Because of how we report, and we have hub Airports in /around densely populated areas. Temperature screening is not a test. Incentive is being part of society, moral compass etc

No facts just deaths. 0 to 15 age group 3 deaths in 1 million. 15 to 35 about 40 deaths around 6 million in this age group. @@reson8 This is not what the WHO said. What they stated was that there was not sufficient evidence to conclude that human to human transmission was possible. It's basic science to not conclude something until there is sufficient evidence to warrant the conclusion being drawn. Moreover, from as early as 14 January the WHO indicated that it may be possible for human to human transmission. Agreed. People seem to think this is a lark. Sit back and criticise, moan. Personal responsibility and discipline are needed to overcome the virus but also the threat to our daily routines. We cannot relax and become used to not working. We have to get back slowly and surely to the lives we were living before. Otherwise the consequences will be catastrophic. We have to be brave. Question 2: Why is the NHS, Key workers and frontline staff not tested on a regular basis, daily by even something as simple as a thermometer?
Question 3: What if any incentive is there for all the hard working selfless people mentioned, was it even considered to reduce income tax percentage or even cap it even if overtime is being worked due to resource shortages?
Because of how we report, and we have hub Airports in /around densely populated areas. Temperature screening is not a test. Incentive is being part of society, moral compass etc
