Since I had taken the Versant Test. I would share my experience which might help candidates to clear Versant around. I had taken test for Amazon SPS Chennai work from Office, which I didn't clear as I did not practice or take any mock test. Later I watched recent versant test posted by some channels. I gathered all the questions and found the answers to it as well. I took one week preparation. Most of the questions gets repeated if u know u had taken mock test of Amazon. The candidate should have a typing speed of atleast 25 Words per min, memory skills is required for some sections like Listening test, Story Telling because questions will not be repeated. The hardest part of the Versant is the Story retelling because u need to memorize the character names, occasion, need to include important points. Please prepare for Email writing if u haven't sent a email before, because it needs to be professional and not like texting a friend. My final tip is use a good quality headphone with a mic and take the test in a quiet environment & power back up during the test. This is how I cleared SPS roles Chennai location. I hope this might help and if you still feel u won't clear versant round try applying for other job positions which requires aptitude. Last but not the least try applying for positions in other locations like Bangalore, Hyderabad if you attempting the test for the first time, this will give an overall idea about the versant test and boost your confidence.

Will the candidate will be terminated, if he underperforms during the training or the training period gets extended if he is not competent enough? 12 Please mention in detail about the allowance towards Internet, Travel allowance, Meal card, Insurance coverage, Night shift allowance, Over time allowance? 13 Is Cabs provided for all the areas in Chennai? Will the Transport amount reimbursed, if we don't use the cab facility? 14 Please give us some information on Leaves offered in Amazon like Casual leave, Privilege Leave, National Holidays, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave etc. Will the leaves get encashed if we don't use all of them? 15 Are Permission granted during Office hours while we work at home as well as Office.
