GREATEST WRESTLING CLIP OF ALL TIME. The internet is really what made it huge because it introduced the generation that missed the attitude era to the perfect representation of what it was and how epic it was.
That segment was the funniest moment in wrestling history. From the “got milk” line to Booker being thrown in the flour was like watching Tom & Butch from the Tom & Jerry cartoon fighting it out.
Everyone talks about the price check line, but Booker laying ass over tea kettle and cry-threatening like a 5 year old "Ima git youuuuuuu" still makes me belly laugh to this day.
I work in a grocery/retail store and there is NOT a day goes by where I don’t hear Austin in the back of my head calling for a price check on a jackass!
Book is such a class act- that’s the dude you want to work with even if you’re stocking beer. I love the interview about the receipt with him and Stone Cold- people make mistakes but they don’t always own up to it and Book did more than he could. Pro’s pro.
Everyone talks about the ‘price check in a jackass’ line which was hilarious, but the best part in the entire segment was Austin singing that’s Amore into a length of meat and hitting booker over the head with pizza base. By far the best bit 😂😂
Classic, classic moment in wrestling history! I was going out a lot that year in 2001 and I remember staying home and accidentally catching the WHOLE segment out of the blue on Smackdown! I even called my dad and asked him did YOU JUST SEE THAT GROCERY STORE FIGHT?! And he said hell yeah I did! 😂😭 Great times!! Also very happy to see Booker and Austin are such great friends!! Thank you both for this iconic moment!
I think the commentary by Booker T and Stone Cold as well as Jerry Lawler (also to a lesser extent by Vince McMahon and Ric Flair) really made it memorable.
As someone who grew up during the 2000s watching the New Age WWE, I always went back and watched the Attitude Era. To this day, that entire skit will forever go down as one of my favorites.
As a youngster seeing this for the first time on tv, it was hilarious and chaotic. As someone who realises they're actually good friends in real life who worked together on the crazy script is mind blowing 😄
I remember watching this as a kid and me and my dad couldn’t stop laughing. It was one of if not the greatest smack downs ever! Also believe it or not they only caused 10,000 dollars in damage in that supermarket!
You Didnt..... Tell me He Didnt Do it..... Tell me he didnt just put my all time favorite WWE Legend on the show Stone Cold Steve Austin....... Tell me he didnt just do that..... Lol.. just fun for all. I am enjoying this reunion
I read a comment on another channel that said the store was paid $20,000 to close down for the filming and we're paid an additional $10,000 for damages. This was at the green frog grocery store in Bakersfield California.
Booker T is my favorite wrestler but I’m not surprised he was used the way they did. With a attitude like that you really aren’t going to get too far in life unless you work for yourself. A lot of his explanations and reasoning for doing things usually makes no sense and to me just seems like he is saving face. For example “I wasn’t thinking about the championship, I was thinking about the money” what is he trying to say? The dude getting beat up by everyone is making more money than the wrestling champion? It like we all complain he wasn’t utilize as he should have been, but when you are cool with someone completely smashing you in a grocery store without you even throwing a single punch back then you are not championship material. The dude that doing the smash is the one that going to be more respected as a champion. I’m pretty sure if they had told stone cold to play the role of getting beat up like that by another wrestler he would have said no. But hey he seems happy, I’m just saying sometimes it ok to negotiate or say no. Mentality like his is very dangerous and anyone that operates in said like manner is bound to be taken advantage of. I’m saying all this so kids out there can understand, his situation is something we can all relate. You could come across situations like this even at your job, schools or anywhere else. It ok to speak up for yourself, and you don’t have to run along with everything you are told. The only worth you have in this life is yourself.
Bookers probably the happiest person you will ever meet without a care in the world and one of the few wrestlers to get to walk away healthy and happy. Has had a job making millions since 97 and just enjoys doing what he’s doing. We should all be so lucky. He understands it’s a fictional TV and has been in some dumb segments but also at one point held the most championships at 35 :)
It sure seems like Austin and Booker T became good friends after the him and early Booker T introduction rivalry!! It was over in 2003 and up they got along Booker T and Stone Cold!! SUCKA!!! and 3:16!!
Booker leveling Austin with the side kick, escaping back to the aisles only for Stone Cold to pop out the frozen section is priceless 😂
GREATEST WRESTLING CLIP OF ALL TIME. The internet is really what made it huge because it introduced the generation that missed the attitude era to the perfect representation of what it was and how epic it was.
True. Cant get any better 🤣
Wwf was the best

😂😂😂
steve singing with a sausage as a microphone
"its about making people FEEL" Booker T is a god damn genius.
Holy shit.. Steve Austin isn’t to far from his 60’s and still doesn’t look much different from his old days in WWF. Booker as well.
The one at the church was nice and funny to even the part when Booker was talking to the good looking girl lol
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I was in the arena that night, used to go to the Green Frog store every Sunday with my grandparents
That store is awesome for allowing them to film that match masterpiece
That’s awesome!!
Bro me too I was there with my brother in law and saw the whole thing and went to store after and the store was fucked up
@@wstsider badass good old Bakersfield I’m actually from Shafter just a few miles down the road

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie - that’s Amore!! Slam that part was funny!!
I can’t go to any grocery store without thinking about that fight😂
I used to work in the produce department as a youngin at a Piggly Wiggly 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I went to work with a smile everyday thinking about their fight.

Pro’s pro.
Talk about two guys who age pretty damn gracefully.
Everytime I see that segment when I here that iconic line price check on a jackass I can't help but laugh my ass off
Classic fight I remember that like it was yesterday!
Same! Great times

Sadly…the Green Frog supermarket, which had been in business since 1934, closed in 2013.
Booker really did excel at every role they gave him.
Thanks bro!
I think the commentary by Booker T and Stone Cold as well as Jerry Lawler (also to a lesser extent by Vince McMahon and Ric Flair) really made it memorable.
I loved them in church lol. When Booker pretended to be a priest and asked that woman to send him the sex tape 😂😂😂
😂😂
So much fun
grocery store brawl HMMMMM i was in college at that time that scene is totally funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That match is one of my absolute favorite WWE matches of all time next to Mankind and Taker in Hell in a Cell
Originally they were going to have Austin take Booker T to the deli section and attack him with fried 🐔 and 💦 🍈 but they decided not to go there
This was one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen back in the day lmao
As someone who grew up during the 2000s watching the New Age WWE, I always went back and watched the Attitude Era. To this day, that entire skit will forever go down as one of my favorites.
You guys made that night so memorable for my childhood LOL best night ever 😂😂😂
“When the moon hits your eye, like a big, pizza pie. “
“That’s amoreeeeeee!!!!”
(Stone Cold Steve Austin hits Booker T with a frozen pizza.)
Steve austin and booker t are friends in real life. Steve Austin is not a racist. He had black friends. They are both from Texas
Damn straight
Anytime Booker T and Austin feuded, Austin did his best to make Booker look like a legitimate threat.
Im from Bakersfield! I remember when this happened I wanted to go so bad because I lived right down the street lol great times
The segment is hilarious what a classic. 🤣🤣🤣
2 of my favorites of all times.
The hardcore matches with holly, al snow and gang outside the arena somewhere were awesome. 24x7 title was one of the most memorable segements ever.
Couldn't sleep someone gonna beat your ass and take the title! 😅😂😅
Just watched it at work the other day.has the whole locker room crying.young dudes didn’t even know it existed 😂
Y’all got one of the best beefs ever in wwe fasho classic
One of my fav fights to go back and watch. Hilarious 😂
As a youngster seeing this for the first time on tv, it was hilarious and chaotic. As someone who realises they're actually good friends in real life who worked together on the crazy script is mind blowing 😄
My favorite line was "You want some ketchup on that ass whooping" I still crack every time
I can tell that they had a ball doing that segment.
I remember watching this as a kid and me and my dad couldn’t stop laughing. It was one of if not the greatest smack downs ever! Also believe it or not they only caused 10,000 dollars in damage in that supermarket!
Best segment in Smackdown history
Such a legendary moment. These guys went through so much to make our childhoods amazing. There will never be an wrestling era like 1997-2005.
Thanks!
Yeah the era of Stone Cold the Rock, Booker T, HHH, the Undertaker etc. was the pinnacle of WWE. Will be hard to top.
The TOP Number 1 Match of all Times!!! LEGENDARY !!
Thank you Booker T & Steve!!! ICONIC!
That grocery scene it make me laugh even to keep fighting even
Whowever came up with the idea and wrote the script, aced it. This will never get old, if segments had a hall of fame this will top it.
I'll never forget them fighting in that store
Historic moment
Love the way Austin says what up book is so genuine lol I love both these guys childhood was awesome because of these guys...

There was a part of the fight where Austin hits Booker with a frozen pizza. Yet, that part was cut!
“When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie that’s amore!”
They probably cut it for time
If I'm ever down in the dumps about something and just not feeling sociable, all I have to do is watch that clip and it changes my outlook completely.
That fight but funny but I love it. WWE needs to do that again
Oh, maybe 🤔 next time ⏲️ I go 🚶🏻♂️ into a grocery store and if there is free wifi, I should watch the actual brawl.
I love and respect both of these guys great men.
When Booker got whacked with a Pizza Base.
Probably the most underrated part of that segment xD
The moment stone cold opened that can of whoop ass, it was over for booker t. Lol what? 😂🤣
The church bingo was history also booker t made vince lose his character with the phone call about bingo
I just want to know how much did that cost the company

Beat the brakes off you BOOKER T!!!😭😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣💀
The sad thing the store been closed
Ahh that sucks! After agreeing to have the supermarket brawl, they deserved to stay open for much longer.
He beat the hell out of Booker during that supermarket job.. Was a great show, one of the few highlights of the post attitude era
Maybe the most memorable fights of all time

i November stone cold battle booker T at store that is funny
there should be more grocery brawls in wwe lol
That shit was awesome fellers icons book and stone cold
It was good was and real funny I remember it well. I wouldn't day it was the greatest brawl ever but it was good.
It was the greatest in the sense that it was the funniest and the most entertaining brawl of all time
But dude. Was it real? Was it fake? What did the grocery store have to say about it? What's the behind the scenes?
Steve Austin is still 🔥
I was there inside it was amazing to see
that was my childhood
I remember watching this when I was lil.. most definitely 1 of the best wrestling moments 💯💯
Just went for it. See REAL.
Amazing
In the words of stone cold, "Watch That Step, It's a doozy. And if you fall, I'll beat the shit out of you".
North Texas State University?? I thought Steve attended Texas A&M?! Hmm
This was epic
Most certainly one of the greatest all time skits/clips of all time. Loved Austin being Vince's doctor too.
It sure seems like Austin and Booker T became good friends after the him and early Booker T introduction rivalry!! It was over in 2003 and up they got along Booker T and Stone Cold!! SUCKA!!! and 3:16!!
People forget were also in WCW together.
I lost respect for Booker T as a man after Austin buried him in the grocery store. He was pathetic.
Them running around in the church was hilarious 😂
