‘If we’re getting to the point where you’re asking questions I don’t understand, something has happened’ is such a great line, I hope I live long enough to use it someday.
I mean it’s just very dickish. There’s no real appropriate context outside of one of these game shows where people have put on personas of posh and not posh
I’ve never been clear on this line. The intended meaning is: you couldn’t ask a question complex enough that I wouldn’t understand it? But what if Lee (or someone) asked a nonsensical question- which Miles wouldn’t understand? Or was the original meaning that ‘something would have happened’ to make Lee ask even less coherent questions?
I know what you mean; I’ve seen it many times myself, but for some reason, I could have sworn Gareth was Greg’s guy, & I was actually surprised when it turned out he wasn’t haha. Either Greg’s too good at this game, or I’m just getting old haha.
@@eagletown8977 yeah he isnt as mainstream as id like him to be. and yes i agree... he is just being himself... just a naturally funny and intelligent man.
The first story is really weird. Hitching from London to Hastings in only four rides in the early 70s is just humdrum everyday stuff. The thing that would have made it weird would have been if Jo had invited the farmer in, which Paul seems to think would have been normal.
I agree. He is too quick. Sometimes... in fact... most of the time... he should stop to think "is this 'joke' tedious?" Quality over quantity. Unfortunately... Macks confidence outweighs his charisma. Ya don't see Brydon or Mitchell or Bob shouting over the audience because they're desperate to get a joke in before someone else thinks of it. Ugh I could go on.

@@eomoran true, I could see this line just used as banter between friends though, and I think it fits perfectly to what Lee said

@@micmackman4444 I mean it's just a dig at Lee's intelligence by Miles? implying there's no way Lee could startle Miles with anything
That and the "You must know this (looking at Lee) , it's much easier to break in the back than it is in the front." 😂😂😂😂
Youre the best female truck driver in the world 😂
Even the Gareths themselves wished Greg's story were true 😂
I’ve watched the “this is my” clip of Gareth quite a few times now - and I still guess it wrong!

@@ThisCharmingMan1984Greg's story sounds so true it just might be, all but the rickshaw bit.
I'm always convinced it's Greg's rickshaw story as well!
"That much is true", brilliant joke by Melanie there.
She licked Bowie's cake!!!! 😂😂😂 what a nutter 😂😂😂
Oh, Mel. Such a classic.
Oh there was a time when the literal Task Master was captain?? i completely forgot about that!
That much is true ❤ genius delivery
didnt know that cats got ankles xD
Love Mickey...lol
LONG LIVE PAUL FOOT!!!
Brilliant style of comedy. In fact, and I don’t know much about him, I think he’s just totally being himself, which is even better

The video begs the question.
How many celebrities have eaten food with people’s extra ingredients on it lol
Lee is way too quick with the witty remarks
Rob Brydon said in an interview that working in comedy he’s come across many very quick and witty comedians but none come close to Lee Mack
I know. I always think they must edit out pauses or something.

If his comedy genius annoys you, don't watch.
@@Mine4062 They edit out some stuff but no gaps between the opportunity for a joke and Lee picking it up - he IS that speedy.
😸7:14, who is she? Loved her "Meeow"

Great actress

A school fate? Is that like closing down a school?
