4 cells at 1.5v or five NiCAD cells at 1.2v is best

An off topic comment here, do you know if an Hpi Trophy buggy shell will fit on the Kyosho Inferno neo 3 ? Kyosho shells are very expensive and I can't find a clear one for the nitro version. Im oldskool and don't like cab forward shells, so I don't need it to be perfect but is it even close? Thanks!

I am wondering how many AA cells are best to power the tester? 2,3,4 ???

How do u centre a servo?

With a servo tester you simply turn the knob to the centre, set the tester to static mode and connect a servo. It will centre itself.
Without a servo tester you simply connect it to your normal radio gear with everything turned on and set your radio trims to the centre. So long as there is nothing connected to the servo spindle it will centre itself.

Thanks. What’s the other set of pins used for?
