Near the end of the existence of the Transformers Collectors Club they have concepts for a Decepticon combiner with a Skywarp limb. The limb was Skydive's body with a Seeker head, but it was colored like this Cybertron Skywarp!
OMG this effing toy. I love Skywarp. I collect Skywarps. With the exception of the multiple MP variants, I have every Skywarp released. This one stays in a bin under the bed in the guest room.
I always like the jet mode for this guy .. well the original use for Thundercracker but that cannon arm thing always was crap. I think it is show accurate but interesting there was a legends or micro version of him made with two regular arms and his cannon just plugged onto the left arm. I kinda wish one those old customisers came out with upgrade parts for this guy to give him two regular arms
Got the Thundercracker one; nope nothing legs in and yeah it is that bad, sad because I always enjoyed quoting Thundercracker from the show “I can’t just shoot him in the back, wouldn’t be civil, ill give him a heads up first then ill shoot him in the back”
Great review! Yes, Hasbro has been disappointing fans for a long time. Some designs are great, but a majority are crap. I've come to terms that Hasbro makes toys for children. Even their Haslab projects are becoming worthless. So I've started collecting 3rd party figures.

I’ve had him in package for years now nice to see him in detail
Wow. Now I'm reminded why I passed on so many of the Transformers from that era. Great review, though! Thank you!

now you have Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker!

Though I don’t have skywarp or thundercracker, I have the Walmart exclusive divebomb repaint still. interesting figure with shades of G2 cyberjets
I love Skywarp, but probably won't rush out looking for this one. 😂
I actually found this guy before I got a thundercracker variation
Awesome looking jet mode.....Sukoui SU -27 "Flanker" i believe.
I believe it’s actually supposed to be a Sukhoi SU-37.
Completely agree with you on this.
This mold was never made into Starscream, no?

Hope you had a good Christmas

Yeah... I had this back in the day. And it's such a shame how it lets itself down. It could have been SO good.... Oh well.
Think of it as a cape and not a backpack 🤔 lol
Looked great to start with and then became terrible. The gimmick was cool until it took up a whole arm.
Just be careful on shaking the hand of that arm or you'll wound up in Moscow.
You have to move the torso down as much as you can and then plug the shoulder in. Still a dogshit figure, but at least the sculpt is good
