Love this machine! Purchased last December..... use it daily and still works like a charm! Some folks write negative reviews and say how theirs isn’t working. After extensive research👉 amzn.to/3t1AKR3 I found that it is well advised to descale and clean your Breville on a monthly basis rather than waiting for the “clean” light to appear. Use 32oz. of water, rather than a full tank with your 4 ozs. of descaling solution. Take good care of your Breville and it will take good care of you 😉.
