The endorsing body must judge that the person has ‘internationally recognised expertise’ in your field.". If I don't know any one in the UK who could write a recommendation letter for me then is it end of my GTV prospects? Please share your valuable insight, I shall be grateful.

Hello Zainab, I don't think working as a sonographer qualifies for the tech nation visa. You need to be working for a tech company that builds its own tech products e.g apps or digital hardware products like Alexa.

It is not impossible but you will need to show proof of what you've done in the last 5 years. If you have worked before that will also help.
