Your Ice bath sauna deal took me back in time....1970....Pops & his bros construction company was building a Mobile Home Park in Porterville....Mission Bell.. for their own investment..I worked that summer for them 110 hot days...after work and on Sundays I'd sit in the sauna at the clubhouse then go out and jump in the big cold pool...very refreshing...thanks for the memory flashback..

Thank you for another great vlog from you SA trip. Aside from the waves, I am equally impressed and drawn to that region for the plants, particularly the aloes and at 7:14 there is an amazing shot of some of SA's famed tree aloes in bloom. So grateful for sharing your experience with us Koa, much love and thanks from the central coast of california.

Tongaat river Koa, just in case the guys back home think you cropped the croc in. There’s a croc farm nearby so that one probably snuck out for a little solitude on the bank. Stoked you mapped one of the best places on the planet to be that time of year.

"5 feet" he must be around 2'3 if the face of the wave is 3 feet over his head.
5ft Haw is 2-5 ft overhead or 8-10ft faces. I don’t condone this style of measurement. It confusing and pressures
@@gwall4603 Yeah that just doesn't make even a little bit of sense. 8-10ft faces that's literally twice the size of 5ft. Nothing about those waves are "maybe five foot" I've been surfing for 25 years, something ill never understand why people do.
Hawaii isn't exactly a tame place compared to "WILD" South Africa...
