I was there for this race as was I for every Atlanta supercross from 96 to present. This was one of the best. Back in this era the dome was always packed to the rafters and it was a great time watching the king at work!
Same here the first of 2 races to I went to in 2000 Vegas was the other one. I thought mcgrath was invincible, had no idea what was to come a year later
@@mikecote6586 There's always a youngster coming up, but none quiet like RC. Jeremy was able to hold him off for a year or 2 but RC was bound to figure it out and of course he did!
Nobody understands how tough that on off before the triple was…our local fast guy Daniel Tesh was such a beast at the local races and couldn’t figure it out in qualifying to make it to the night show. It really showed how fast the pros really are.
yes another level but you only get faster riding with faster!! I was a local expert in the NESC I was fortunate enough to be able to ride two Southwick nationals and one Unadilla and got in at a Foxboro SX!!! IT was pretty easy to get in you just had to prove you were a local expert unlike today I can say it was the highlight of my life to be on the same track with HANNAH, Kedrowski, emig bayle too many to list but ya great fun. ward, stanton, going over the spectators jump looking over and Mcgrath right there the practices were insane fun what wonderful memories guy cooper was behind me I shelled him real good before he passed me at foxboro I learned so much being in shape or lack of was my only regret its 75% of the game I did ok didn't make any mains but I came close would have made it at southwick if I were in shape after my qualifying and practice beer and a chair and being a spectator looked like a good idea lol GOOD RIDING EVERYBODY HAVE FUN ENJOY OUR GREAT SPORT WE ARE ALL BROTHERS IN THIS BEAUTIFUL SPORT!!
Back in the good days when people could actually enjoy there life’s and not have to worry about struggling wish we could live simple like this again this new age shit ain’t for me. Work your life away for nothing.
What if the person knows 3 other languages fluently, and not fluently in English yet, still gonna cry about education in full caps? All about just one language I guess right? lol...
When 2 strokes ruled the track!
