The night the word of Allah was revealed

Muslims globally observe Nuzul Al Quran which falls on the 17th day during the holy month of Ramadhan of the Islamic calendar each year.
Nuzul which simply means the descent of something special, and Al Quran means a set of readings.
In the Islamic teachings, the holy scripture was descended from heaven to earth, revealing its first verses of Al Quran Nur Karim with surah Al-Alaq to Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam (SAW).
It is an important event in the Islamic calendar and is considered a time of spiritual reflection and renewal, and many Muslims recite the Quran during this time to connect with its teachings and guidance.
