I read somewhere that eels will come ashore and can travel across land. Sometimes they can even dry out a bit and go into a sort of hibernation. If they are placed back into water they can perk back up. All that to say, try not to feel too bad if you lose an eel in some tall grass or can’t get it out of a motor bike or something. If what I read is correct, they can and do find themselves back to the water.

They're are a very tuff creature sadly almost on the endangered species list in UK rivers due to it being a delicasey. That magnetic rock could really be a meteorite, it has those rounded edges like a real meteorite does. I think you should further investigate. Meteorites are worth alot of money.

Honestly ya’ll leave so much “treasure” behind in nearly every video. If all the local magnet fishers put in a little money to buy a couple large flat beds, you could share ownership and split a couple hundred or more in some of the videos. I imagine the scrap has to be worth more than the odd silver or gold chain you might get lucky and find. What does the council do with the things you leave? I can only imagine they put it in a landfill. Please consider this, a monthly update video on how much money you earned in scrap could be a quick video to film and edit, plus you get more money for renovations. At the very least, it could pay your expenses in gas to get from location to location. Not trying to tell you how to run your channel or anything, just a friendly suggestion. Also, maybe store it on the flat bed until you get a good bit if it wasn’t a good haul so you get a larger payout. Love your videos, both you and Whim’s channels are the only magnet fishers I care to watch. Thank you for the content.
