Growing up i did everything in my heart, without judgment, no cellphones, no internet, no audience..just me, my friends...or sometimes alone. I sold cards in the rain door to door. I started a babysitting service in my teens. I was just doing doing, without worry or goals. I just loved doing.
I noticed how Gary is so kind to everyone during the Q n A asking them how they're doing every time even if only a few responded .

Providing value is hands down the most important thing you can do as a content creator. This was something that I struggled with on IG as someone in the gaming niche. I wanted to give people something other than 30 seconds of, "Hey look how great I did this game!". Being mindful of the platform you're on and what the people on there are looking for is crucial to your success.

I used to make so many excuses as to why I couldn’t make RUclips videos, “I’m to busy working 40 hours a week, I’m to busy with school, I’ll never succeed, I don’t have the right voice for narration.” I’m happy now that I’ve narrated 2 stories and will continue the second part for the current story tomorrow and I’m pumped. I don’t care that “I don’t have he voice for narrating,” I like doing it and am beyond pumped to keep creating content and reading horror stories.
My profile picture and banner have nothing to do with horror but I don’t care right now. Right now I want to keep working on what makes my videos sound the best and to get better at narrating stories. Thank you for everything you do Gary and his team ❤️

At about 32 minutes you talk about expectations. Great to hear because it's something I always something I tell young people and new employees. I don't expect you to be me or work as hard. Don't watch Gary all that often, he puts out waaay more than I've got time to consume, but I've just realized that when I do, I do it for one of two reasons. 1 practical business and/or life advise. 2 I know I'm being a little shit so I come here to get my ass kicked. Most of the time I'll either shut off a video in the middle, or I'll just stop paying attention to what he says because I've left it running in the background while I get my hustle on. This is so true. We ourselves are the reason behind not succeding coz we give attention to other voices around us, coz we believe what people think about us, coz we do not believe in ourselves. People, it's time you get up, look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that no body can stop you from becoming who you want to be. Do it now. Go after your dreams and win it big. Do it not for money, not for fame, not for recognition, not for anything else. Do it for your fucking self. Go win. Coz there is no excuse for not winning in life. None. You ve been given this one life to make it happen. And you wont get another life. Nobody gives a fuck about your excuses. Winners dont complain, they dont give excuses. Towards the end with the making decisions part. I’d say the best way to know is your intuition and what comes easy to you. If you stress out when you pick up a guitar that’s not the right move. If you’re gut tells you “becoming a fitness instructor isn’t the right move” it’s not the right move. Your gut instinct developed hundreds of thousands of years before your analytical mind!

Between 53:38 & 53:41 you can see one important skill that every leaders have. The capacity to make quick decisions. I'm assuming Gary had 2 options : Elaborate his point to the public or take the next question. I could be wrong but each detail from him can be a valuable lesson if you pay attention to it.
The secret is work damn hard. Whatever your goal is work hard and stick to it. I wanted to have 10k subs on YT, after a year of hard work creating content I can say I’m almost there. Work hard and be consistent that is the secret.
