Hi Lily! Bakersfield Whippit's shelf life depends if it is
whipped or not. For whipped Whippit, if it left in a mixing bowl and sealed or transferred to a clean container the chilled. It will be good for 7 days if water is used. Then good for 4-5 days if milk is used. For opened Whippit, as long as opened packs are sealed tightly and stored at correct temperature, they should be good up to 14 days. 🍃

Hi ma'am, Butter Whippit has the same qualities as the regular Whippit. Butter Whippit is used for buttercream frostings and has a butter flavor than the regular Whippit.
