Anyways, in today's video, I am going to show you how to measure our whippit frosting using a measuring cup, tablespoon and weighing scale. Since most of you are asking for one (1) cup of whippit and how many water is needed 💦 and what cake size it can cover. So I made this video just for you. Yes sweet na po siya..but you can add sugar syrup if you think kulang sa inyo yung tamis once malagyan na Ng tubig. Or any flavoring that you think could boost the flavor of your whippit frosting.

Pag chocolate flavor po ano po Yung magandang gamit
Pwede po versatile si whippit any cake flavor adaptable naman. If chocolate cake, pwede mo e flavor yung whippit with chocolate syrup or chocolate ganache para ma enhance ang flavor nito. Start with small amount depende sa dami ng frosting na e flavor mo. Bantayan mo lang yung consistency ng whippit na hindi mag result into too soft once added ng flavoring. Tikman niyo rin para you know when to stop adding flavors.

Pwede niyo po lagyan ng ube flavor, i used flavorade ube po. Kahit 1tbsp muna then you can add more ube flavor that suits your taste. But wag lang marami masyado para hindi mag soft ang Frosting niyo.

Hi my pleasure po. About sa tanong niyo pwede naman e chill muna si cupcakes pwede rin naman hindi. For me palagi ko po chill muna bago gamitin or bago e serve kasi mas na set yung flavor at mas nagiging firm or stable yung frosting magandang gawin eto lalo na pag e travel si cupcakes or cakes po.
Hi po every time po napinapalamig nyo sa reff yung whippit atleast po ganon katagal pag 2nd 3rd time???? Para mas maganda po lumabas yung frosting or wala naman pong kinalaman sa tagal ng pag reff before yung handmixer it agian?

Walang oras po yun as long mag chill siya and nakita niyo na nag change to stiff consistency. But first prep maganda din yung overnight siya bago gamitin. But if nagmamadali talaga pwede naman one hour or more (depende rin kasi sa cooling temp ng ref or chiller natin)

I only tried whippit once kaso diko nagustuhan ung lasa kc my after taste prang niyog. Since then ndi n ko gumamit non kc mejo mahal nasayang lng. But now think mali ung procedure ko non, bcoz of this video, i will take the risk to use it one more time. Kapag ok na ung lasa, will continue to use it na kc mdming ngagawa. Slamat po!!
Thanks for sharing your story po about whippit. Anyways, ask po milk ba ang nilalagay niyo sa Whippit? Kasi if milk nilagay mo, meron siya after taste lalo na pag tumatagal same taste like yours naranasan ko nung bago palang ako gumagamit ng whippit, but since i started to use water lang and added some flavors like cream cheese frosting and lemon mc cormick, nagkaroon ng twist sa lasa ng whippit it came out so delicious. Pero depende na po sa inyo ano gusto ilagay niyo. Simple water naman is very fine malasa din po.
Yes po evap milk ang nilagay ko, may nabasa kc ako s fb page na mas msarap dw pag milk ang nilalagay.. tpos nung nag try p ako ang mali ko pa is isang buong pack ang gnawa ko diko akalain n mdmi pla sobra un. Till now nsa ref kopa sya. Di mkain ung cake ko pti icing. Nilagyan ko sya konting mccormick na strawberry mejo lumasa pero my after taste tlg . Diko din nabeat ng maayos ung whippit kc nlagay ko agad ung gatas. Kaya may buobuo sya maaligasgas.. now im sure na ako tlg ung mali ... susubukan ko nlng ulit sa next bake ko at ggyahin ko po ung instruction mo.. anyway kpag mc cormick lemon e dba maasim un?
Kelan niyo po na prep yung whippit niyo? If bago palang try niyo e revived baka pwede pa since may lumps siya ng paste para ma beat ng maayos, scoop kayo ng ilang part ng whippit na nagawa mo like 350grams muna, e beat mo using hand mixer then beat hanggang wala na makita na lumps if stiff consistency na siya, u add a tbsp of cold water bit by bit lang para maiwasan ang pagiging too soft niya. If you have extra cream cheese bar(room temp siya soft na) or cream cheese frosting try to add small amount like a tbsp only. Suggest ko lang eto na kahit papano mabawasan yung after taste niya at para magamit niyo siya. Sayang kasi. Always start in small amount talaga pag nasubok tayo sa isang product pra hindi tayo masayangan.
Try to watch my other video po 1 cup na preparation dun beat ko first si paste pra mag loosen up muna saka ako nag add ng water. Dto kasi sa one pack sinabay ko si water sa paste kaya need to make sure na walang lumps e beat talaga maigi at scrape from sides to bottom from time to time hanggang no lumps seen na. No overbeating sa Whippit, consistency will based talaga sa water content and proper preparation ng whippit. Hope this helps you po.☺️

Ginamit ko kc ung nagtry ako ng red velvet msrap sya kaso nakakaumay. Perstaym ko lng mkatikim ng gnon siguro di lng ako sanay s lasa kase di pala mtis ang cream cheese. Try ko po mmya. Hi sorry for the very late reply, pwede naman pero magiging matamis po eto ng sobra since matamis na po si whippit, I suggest if okay sayo beat it with water first bawasan niyo lang yung water then after ma beat mo ang whippit, maglagay kayo ng condensed milk e tantiya niyo nalang yung dami depende sa tamis at consistency na gusto mo ma achieve. Oh about sa russian tip I tried it before kailangan super firm si whippit (less water) Kung e pipe siya like sa flowers. Any brand color will do sosyal Naman wilton ang Mahal nun hehe..dto sa lugar namon walang wilton product so gamit ko ay Peotraco gel food color which is good to use Kasi nakapit agad yung kulay sa frosting.

Yes you can mas maganda po less water muna lalo pag maglalagay kau ng color para ma adjust niyo rin po yung consistency na gusto niyo e achieve. Kahit around 1 tbsp lang muna add niyo after chill, para ma test niyo muna consistency niya if u think too stiff pa pwede kau dagdag konting water..pero if sakto na u can stop and add color best to use gel kasi pag liquid it will change the consistency po.

Yes kasya po siya, pag manipis na coating, piping sa gilid ng cake and filling. Minimal frosting, but if alam niyo madaming piping like flowers at makapal na coating sa cake baka kulangin pwede ho kayo mag adjust|magdagdag.

Yes pwede pa Yan as long naka store properly siya. Mas safe po ilagay niyo sa ref then e take out niyo days before ng pag gamit pra it will come to room temperature yung paste.

Yes pwede pag matagal pa yung pag gamit mo..basta u have to take it out days before para mag room temp lang ang taste Kasi Titigas yung paste pag galing sa ref.

Sa 1 cup lang na whippit paste, how many grams po yung ilalagay nah Cream Cheese? At nung lemon?
Yung nilalagay ko ay yung cream cheese frosting like 1tbsp depende sa lasa na gusto mo if more cheesy siya you can add more cream cheese, pwede cream cheese bar. Sa lemon gamit ko yung mc cormick na bottle small amount will do strong flavor kasi yan. Taste lang muna pag okay na sa lasa mo then stop adding.
Kahit hindi po ba ilalagay sa chiller, hindi naman siya nalulusaw?
No hindi naman po. Stable pa rin siya kahit nasa room temperature

Add a little bit of Liquid pag mag Frost kau Kasi na stiff agad si whippit once na exposed sa malamig at mahangin na environment..everytime na mag sit siya a couple of minutes re whip lang kahit ilang segundo pra mag soft lang siya ulit. Hope this helps po. Thank you. Merry Christmas ⛄🎄

Hi actually wala naman po over beating sa whippit. Yung tamang preparation lang nito. Consistency will always depend po sa water na inilalagay natin sa whippit at pag beat nito from paste. Dapat well beaten po si paste (aerated) bago lagyan ng water I add upto 300-350 grams of cold water for one pack i used it for coating cakes. At bago ko siya gamitin chill ko po siya overnight para mag set at mag firm yung consistency e beat ko lang siya a couple of seconds just to smoothen lang at ma aerate ulit si frosting.
