"all time" is kind of subjective.
When it comes to anime songs, there's way more than just like a top 100, usually you need at least 500 to just get most of the VERY good ones...
Which is also why I have ZERO respect for all the "ooh I skip anime intros/outros because they potentially have spoilers in them, and well I never, get that filthy spoiler away from me" crowd.
Animators and artists put a lot of work into the openings and endings, and if there are potential scenes that might hint at story to come, they are MEANT to be in them, and they deemed it ok for you to see, so they are not "spoilers", watch it, or don't watch at all. If anything the op/ed skippers are the real spoiled ones here, it's like they go into a high-end restaurant, order a dish, and throw half of it out, because they are picky eaters.
