  • Duke Ferguson shows an example of how you can incorporate the dogs feeding time into maintaining obedience. Using the body and brain to satisfy the dogs needs and help tire the dog out....a tired dog is a good dog.

I really like this way of thinking. Our Lab has been acting so entitled and it ends now.

I have a dog that looks just like yours in this video. I'm always worried about how much to feed him per day. Looking at your dog maybe my guy isn't too thin after all. He is 4 years old.

I love your method here. I was a bit wary when i first heard you say the dog doesnt eat from a bowl and has to work for everything, my dog is raw fed and although im not afraid to get my hands dirty its not always practical to walk round with raw meat on my hands, so thank you for clearing this up. So simple that i didnt even think about it this way.

I have a question for you let's just say I just picked up a puppy like yesterday from the breeder or wherever do you not free feed him then and start obedience training and when I say obedience training I mean to sit the stay the down the come... do you start obedience training right then in there... along with potty training and all the extra stuff

Sure, you can. Daily life is learning. Don't have to high expectations for a new puppy like you see in the video. Here is another video that shows a puppy who started the day I got her form the breeder working for its meals in the parking lot. ruclips.net/video/ciQ8cDOyv1g/видео.html

This is a great video! Good job! I have a food driven rotty around 1 year old and he gets to work for his food indoors, but how would you do it while on a walk?

Once he's good indoors then up criteria,. Make the walk time the opportunity to have training and meal time to not at home anymore or at least until he's awesome on the walk.

I am very impressed! I love how your dog doesn't even hesitate or have to be told more than once what to do. I know Germans are fast learners and are much easier to train than most. I wanted to know if Pitt Bulls would be able to learn and follow instructions the way your dog does?

+ernest munday.Yes, absolutely. You can learn how with Dog Training Genesis training videos. There is a pit bull in the training program. you can access the videos in the links provided or here. unleashedpotential.ca
