Seaplanes definitely helped give me a much better understanding of wind and how to “read” it… they’ve also given me an appreciation for how inexpensive land aircraft insurance is in comparison 😅
You are not wrong! The insurance is like some parts: unobtainium! I use liability only on my Teal.
@@davidpowell7614 Liability only is the way I’m gonna have to go too it sounds like. Wouldn’t hurt that it would keep me rom buying more aircraft that I actually need, haha

Presumably the instructor also provides successful trainees with a High Performance endorsement as well.
