@@abhishekjohari9017 for negative thoughts tell yourself when you're negative thoughts come then whatever i am just react on what is truly happened with me and I don't need to react that thoughts which is just imagine even i am not sure about that then why i am react why not that thought turn in positive way one and best method do breathing exercises if you think you can't breath properly in anxiety whenever you are just take long breath only focus on your stomach when you take long breath you instantly feel better in just 5mint you forgot you're anxiety and you know our bad diet Is also help to increase anxiety in some people have gas problem and stool problem that cause anxiety some people have not negative thoughts no have stress and tension then why they have anxiety ? that because gas and stool problem so first check your diet
@@bepositivebehappy4718 thanks for the advise..but its been 3 months now been facing this...i try to tell myself thoughts are just thoughts..i do breathing exercises everyday ...and i have completely changed my diet...i eat fruits vegetables and very light home made food only...somedays i feel that i m improving but again it comes back and this is very frustating for me
