When a quite new fork (ridden for about 500 km) suddenly is loud on expanding, what could be the cause of this behaviour that was not present out of the box? Adjusting the rebound makes the noise (almost) fade - at the cost of the slower extraction speed of course. But it helps to modulate the effect. So it seems something is going on when the fork expands - maybe it does so too fast because it is now "ridden in"?

1. Air chamber use 10W oil，About 5ML of oil.
2. You can use RST grease or Buzzy’s Slick Honey,Usage amount 10~15g one leg.
