I am here - Ep 4: Adventure Race + Campfires / Embracing my emotions

Exporting was a hassle, so nominally late with this video. However, it was shot and edited on time, so I consider my streak maintained (Yeah, I'll cheat when I am keeping my own scores).
This is a heavy one, gang. Talking about how my depression started and why managing and accepting my emotions was/is hard for me. However, I also talk about the pleasure of campfires and fond memories of adventuring racing, so there is that!
This one might get a little more rambly, as I do get into some old and intense moments, but I hope I still manage to come across as coherent. Oh, and a minor spelling error in the title.... Saw it after I had exported and... yeah, not worth going through that hassle again.
