Hi Josh.
This might be bit out of scope, but hoping you could be the one to answer. I've changed my Duox Plus to a Duox Plus Wifi and not all functions are working. I can receive calls on both the unit and the app, but the video is not working on either the app or the unit. Do you have any idea why that could be?
