      I just got a 15/20 on a chemistry quiz that I took today. I knew absolutely nothing until I watched these videos. I should have failed that test, but instead I did better than half my class.

    He's putting many college professors to shame. Just because you have a Phd in a particular field, does NOT mean your are destined to be a professor/teacher!!!!!!!!!!

    • @Lisa.pizzza
      @Lisa.pizzza 6 лет назад +53

      This is so true.. I'm sure our professors have a passion for the subject, but that doesn't mean they are good at teaching the subject. Some people are able to learn from their books, but most of us need things to be broken down.. so many teachers want to hurry up through the lesson, but don't want to explain things in detail.

      Because they were lazy to discuss it in a detailed way they love shortcuts and assumed their students caught quickly what they mean in their discussions..That's why the best teachers / professors are those averaged-minded persons not an intelligent/ smart people....because these genius instructors assumed that their students absorbed quickly what they had discussed, that's why most students failed to understand effectively if those instructors/professors are smarts / genius/ intelligent..

    I actually love chemistry, I just am not benefiting from how the professor at the university I attend, is presenting the material. I feel as though she doesn't care if we understand that material at all, just that we can regurgitate it back to her twenty minutes after its been introduced. Tyler and his videos are the only things that have kept my interest in chemistry alive and well, because even through the screen, I can tell he really wants you to understand.
