The problem with that is that i encourages safing and not going for fancier gear

@@Rsoutlawzz In the rules: Task can be completed however they want. Rargh was the one who screwed up by not just buying the implings over HAM members (or killing someone that is defenseless)

Eventho I am team Rargh, it actually trigered me when Link went for glove change lol. I mean there are so many useless gloves in osrs, while maybe like 5 which are better for melee than combat bracelet.

@@matthijs2981 It was regular onyx bracelet. You can tell from the angle it's tilted. Regen brace goes from top left to bottom right, regular onyx bracelet from top right to bottom left.

So triggered seeing rargh pass up the treasonous ring when he had a rapier but then he ended up getting a better ring and I feel his dumbness was rewarded with rng

@@SirSmokieS I'm not sure, but I think all rings were imbued. That's what it looked like from their random spins though, they might've just been unlucky.

@@agentaero9937 if you look at the amulet model, it is an unenchanted zenyte amulet. Jewelry that isnt enchanted do not have any stats. So even though he probably would have won since he had the rapier, he had all of the offensive bonuses of an amulet of torture instead of the zenyte amulet like he was supposed to bring.

i was wondering that but when he went back to check after the regen/onyx brace mixup i thought he went over everything considering he caught the addy kite as well. i know rargh has rargh moments but i feel like the torture would be one of the first things to check to make sure it was legit, at least before the shield

there were some REALLY iffy calls on the rerolls there, but atleast knowing that it was an onyx and not a regen bracelet makes me feel okay about him skipping past it without saying anything.

This was a great concept, guys! The fights are exciting when there are higher tier weapons and armor at play. Maybe next time you guys can include a weapon switch slot for a potential spec weapon. And maybe leftover spins can be for sharks

That was a sad display of spins Link. You miscounted when you reached 17 or 18 on the plateskirt. You wasted cape slot & then wasted your remaining spins on a slot that had like 1 upgrade and 1000 downgrades. It hurt watching this ngl.
Dude got Combat Bracelet, one of the best gloves in the game and was not satisfied. lol

Both of them thought that they were doing the correct thing so I think its fine
Link also didn’t count some of his rolls but eh whatever, when he was spinning legs he spun twice and counted once, and while spinning boots he counted 40 twice.
I guess Rargh still thought this was a rune scimmy fight. Sitting at 40hp with gear that can almost hit 40 while having junk food.
Rargh's clicks on the randomizer completely triggered me. Skips the Treasonous ring even though he has a rapier, spends a million spins on a shield even though he literally has the worst gloves possible.. and then clicks the ammo slot even though he went with Melee.. if you read this Rargh, think more next time lol.
He mistakenly misclicked the range slot, but I agree with everything else.
Did you also notice he rolled a Zenyte Amulet? Compare the images in GE. That is not a Torture.

I think Rargh destroys him either way, since the main issue was link couldn't hit and the army gives no defense, but yea you are right. Not to mention, if Rargh noticed, he had a ton of spins left and likely gets both a good amulet and a useful ring slot and a better shield. If anything, Rargh's negligence overall hurt him
@@Rargh Tbh, I think not only do you still win, but you actually do even better if you notice those things. Because you had a ton of spins left when you got that so A) You would have gotten a rune kite instead of addy, B) you would've gotten a glove slot that wasn't useless, and C) you would've likely still gotten a usable amulet so its not like you'd go from torture to nothing
I think this could be a bit more refined. Harder challenges/ more interesting and fewer spins to really feel conflicted.

Idea that includes the randomizer.
One leads, one follows. When you are the leader, you must shake off the follower by any means necessary. Run away, take a boat, enter rc altars, the God wars dungeon, just get rid of your follower.
If the follower is not visible on the minimap for 10 seconds you get a spin/second until he's rejoined. The follower, should he get really lost, can admit defeat. This adds 10 spins to the leader but allows the follower to rejoin at no further penalty.
You have 30 minutes to get as many spins as possible, after that, switch roles.
Restrictions:
No attacking each other, no world hopping and no instances.
Teleports and transportations are allowed but have to be called out. Afterwards you cannot move until the follower catches up to avoid cheesy methods.
Banking is allowed.
Create the perfect obstacle/survival course and pray that your opponent doesn't.

Awesome challenge! I really like the idea of earning spins and such for the final fight, but I wish there were either more tasks (so that you couldn't possibly complete all of them within the allotted time-frame) or the tasks were tougher. The 2 hour time limit kind of seemed pointless when there was plenty of time to complete all of the tasks and it really just came down to who did it quicker for extra spins.
I loved the idea of the randomizer. Nice work Robyn :) Higher-tier fights like this are really entertaining to watch!

Cool Change: Allow randomizer to select 1-3 inventory slots. Could be prayer, stam, combat, ranging, prayer mace, rune pouch etc. Once you select, you cannot decide to leave inventory slot item behind

Am i the only one that noticed link spun once without counting? Also, Rargh spun a zenyte amulet, not a torture. Don’t know how they caught the onyx bracelet and addy shield but didn’t catch the ammy.

also love the concept of it being random. you guys should also have him randomize an inventory set up. but with rules set in place like you get x amount of potions, x amount of food. and then the food can be maybe like lowest can heal is 10 up to max healing food. potions only combat related so you dont get fishing potions. throws a bit more randomness in there, but also keeps it within a certain range so there is some even-ness to the fight. i really really really enjoy this format with the random rolling, and you can do so much with it, skilling challenges (100 magic logs = 10 rolls, 100 sharks = 10 rolls, no minnows etc). please do more!

This is a really good concept with loads of potential - I'm thinking a spec weapon slot or high tier rolls that cost more points. Would love to see it again!

I have an idea idk if its been done before but basically - theres a wheel made for each slot (or whatever is easiest/viable to get) that has like 6-7 different world drops for chest, helm, legs, weapon, etc. after you both roll and get your assigned pieces for each slot, you have a limited time to go get them. it would require prioritizing and it'd be funny to see at the end what you guys manage to get/not get in the final fight. maybe even food can be included as a wheel idk. if this is dumb ignore me lol

I really enjoyed this episode boys. Only thing i would say is take your time next time picking your gear. Either way a+
Two hours to get loot, each loot for each armor slot represents a roll in that slot. So for example if you get 6 helm drops within the 2 hours, you get 6 rolls for the helmet slot. so on and so forth with each armor slot.
Good video. A lot of questionable things happening on both sides though, ie Links counting skills and Rarghs tort.
Next time you guys should turn leftover spins into a food upgrade.
On Rargh's randomizer, it shows an UNCHARGED Zenyte amulet (different sprites) and an UNCHARGED Onyx bracelet (again, different sprites).
