I admired the way you stuck it out with no stove and cold rations. Your tent did stand up well to the windy weather. I wouldn't have lasted it out so well done to you.
Great video Liam. As a Tyke myself I was wondering how you would cook our traditional dish - Yorkshire pudding. Nice review of Wensleydale Cheese. Thanks for taking me with you to my favourite part of the North York Moors.
Loving these videos! Wondering if you can add a leaderboard for the drinks/beers for the different national parks as you review lol (mainly the beers though!)
Mate, I bikepacked from Darington to Saltburn, got up on to the cliffs, pitched up and realied I forgot my lighter. I survived on Carling and Twirl bites that night. I feel your pain. Great vid.
Loving these videos, they're inspiring me to plan my own little adventures this summer, like cycling to the Peak District and camping overnight. Great job, keep it up :)
Great video Liam, I remember hiking/fastpacking those trails growing up when I still lived in the UK, and I think I camped at that first set of rocks back in the 80's. Keep the good times coming!
Hey Liam, watching your gas cooker fail there....why not bring a tiny little BCB Stove with you, with a bag of 'FireDragon' blocks (little ethanol clean fuel tablets, they burn hot) and some matches? Then you've always got a backup cooking appliance that definitely works!
Another great outdoor Adventure Liam! Thank you so much for taking us with you. Had a good time following you on the tral! And in case you'd like to join me and my dog on our recent adventure, feel free to come over and join us ;) Stay safe out there. Best wishes, Mario
Hey, great vids! Watching them while im eating my dinner usually. But I was wondering if You could do a straight line mission in the future (similar to Geowizards), that would be some nice content to watch. For some reason englishmen do some great outdoor camping content. Keep up the good work!
I see the Moors from a distance everytime I look out of My attic bedroom window. I live in Middlesbrough and it is more than likely the lights you could see from the top of that hill you were camping on where lights from Teesside Liam.
Love the fact you're just doing it, trying as you go. Like seeing the progression of your gears and skills. Let me know when you do a Cotswold trip, if you're up for a tag a long.
Absolutely love corned beef just on its own with salt n pepper, cant beat it. Also buy a little tin of silicone oil because it prolonges the life of your seals on gas products. That looks like its the thread though as you said. All the best from lancashire.
Liking the videos. Should do a video of walking the Cleveland Way, plenty of good views and it's almost circular (ok, not really but sure you could manage it). Keep up the good work!
when you get back home try a nice FRAY BENTOS pie in the oven. Steak & Kidney with crispy puff-pastry on top. But you need an oven to do it in. 20 mins and it's usually about done, on high. I am sure you will enjoy it, Liam.
I love Yorkshire got family there! Nice people and this time of year as youve seen bloody cold! Another great video Liam and an early congrations on a 100k subs very well desevered my friend
Great video Liam, fray bentos corned beef, never seen that before, I do like the steak or chicken pies 🥧 tbh. Corned beef don't taste that bad, dog food lol 😆. Corn beef hash always works. Looking forward to your next vid. Great views btw 👏 👌
Good tents them, I’ve got the lanshan 2 pro, it’s a palace for just me and still light enough, new digs, New bag and boots, keep you going now on your journeys 👍 all the best matey
I got a Berghaus hiking tent on offer. You need a PhD to put it up. I hate it. You are inspiring me to give it another go. I nearly binned it a few weeks ago even though it’s only a few years old used two or three times. I am a minimalist now so if I don’t use it, it has to go 😆😆
Liam, the Yorkshire 3 peaks are calling your name, under 12 hours and you get a cerificate for your bedroom wall. would love to see and hear your views on them, stay at Settle or Horton
I would get one of those small flat pack metal fire boxes for emergency's, cheap and weigh nothing and they work, you can always find something to burn but not in that wind.
I was in that exact place only a month or so ago, love the North york moors, sure uve left now but u should have checked out the coastline m8, truly stunning, Staithes has a great park up for the night
this is crazy everytime I go to a national park I am there the same time as you, I was in the lake district between the storms after tackling snow earlier that day, and on Monday I slept in my car on the north Yorkshire coast and the day after I went up to the wainstones where you had been the day before, much more windy however but not a cloud in the sky
Great location I often camp above s town or village if possible as I love to see it all lit up on a night. I’ve had a jetboil fail in the past it’s really annoying that they can’t supply you with spare parts to repair them, not a massive fan even though I have 2🤣
Loving this series Liam, big fan. I'm going for the 10 English parks in 10 months so it's great to see someone documenting their adventure along this route! Northumberland next for me so might see you up there!!😅
Great video again, also you can get a replacement head for your jetboil you don’t have to buy everything new, I think the threads will have gone inside burner, nothing to do with the gas thread, you don’t have to tighten them that hard to seal and can soon strip the threads if you do, can buy on eBay, keep the videos coming, 👍😀
I like that you don’t use music, it’s nice just hearing the sounds of nature at work.
i agree but i think he should dub over the timelapses so its not just a scatchy soundtrack when he builds a tent. he could add some music in there imo
@@dmbrwr We dont want music
I’ve enjoyed the scenery 🤩
Agreed 👍🏻
Aye completely agreed mate

Having grown up in Yorkshire its nice to see it in all it's glory, I miss all the scenery!
Well you demonstrated why it's called Cold Moor.
Great vid.
Living in the North Yorkshire moors, it’s great to see you getting out here camping !
Loving these videos, they're inspiring me to plan my own little adventures this summer, like cycling to the Peak District and camping overnight. Great job, keep it up :)
don`t you feel better as soon as you start planning a trip? getting the maps out, writing your kit list😀
@@stevec-b6214 yeah man exactly
You did so well after that difficult night! Really felt for you. Thanks for the vid 👍🏻
I love how you always video yourself brushing your teeth. 😁
Hahah I feel your pain Liam, I wild camped in Galloway forest this Saturday night and it went down to -8 😂 it was brutal.
Nice positive attitude mate , I’m enjoying your videos 👍🏴
You're starting to become my favourite youtuber
i love what you are doing here! the research for the local dishes and the local beer. great idea
Great video Liam, I remember hiking/fastpacking those trails growing up when I still lived in the UK, and I think I camped at that first set of rocks back in the 80's. Keep the good times coming!
My neck of the woods, crackin video of the mighty North York moors.
Rocky outcrop 2 mins in was the Wainstones, Given it's name to a pub in Great Broughton
That beer is the winner.
Love watching these with a glass of red wine, keep em coming Liam
Me too!
Yes Liam looks epic mate!!
I am watching this when it is 32 degrees in the U.K. and it is cooling me down😂😂😂
I love your videos I watch them all the way though every time you upload keep it up dude
Love the videos mate! Such a beautiful country.
It's a learning curve, we all had to start somewhere 👍
This is a very beautiful area. Looks so nice over there. Cheers, Liam!

Absolutely loving your videos!
Thanks for these videos bro you inspire me to go travel around my home country of Ireland more! Keep it up
Love your videos and your grit!!
Yes Liam, my back doorstep welcome to north Yorkshire 👍
Wrap a little bit of PTFE around the threads of the gas can, it should be reet after that 👍🏻
For the weight and size I’d carry a hexi stove as a back up
Love the fact you're just doing it, trying as you go. Like seeing the progression of your gears and skills. Let me know when you do a Cotswold trip, if you're up for a tag a long.
Loving the series Liam, keep it up!
Been through the same up the Cairngorns, genuinely thought I was going to lose toes to frostbite!
Close to 100k now mate. Doing well. Content is fab. Keep it up!
Great vlog pal 👍🏻👍🏻
The Wainstones and the rest of the Cleveland hills are fantastic.
So glad to see you enjoying my home turf. the pheasants really are a problem when out with the dogs in the moors
Absolutely love corned beef just on its own with salt n pepper, cant beat it. Also buy a little tin of silicone oil because it prolonges the life of your seals on gas products. That looks like its the thread though as you said. All the best from lancashire.
Quality as always mate
Great test for the lanshan style tent
Liking the videos.

just turn the tent round - worth the effort if you got time. i got a trangia meths stove after various breakdowns. enjoyable!
Brrrrrr!🥶 Braver than me! Good job! 👍
Loving these vids. It’s really making me want to make some time to get off grid for a few days.
I love Yorkshire got family there! Nice people and this time of year as youve seen bloody cold! Another great video Liam and an early congrations on a 100k subs very well desevered my friend
Wainstones? Love it up there on a sunny day!
Well done Liam that was a test and the views day and night were exceptional.

Fray Bentos corned beef has been going for years - it was the most famous kind!
@@IrelandRider I’m 67 and Fray Bentos corned beef has been produced since 1873!

Like that tent, packs down pretty small too
Looks and sounds windy.😀Lovely views up there. Cheers Liam.
You are such a legend mate, wish I had even half your attitude! Your old tent looked warmer to me though, this one looks paper thin!
Love the Yorkshire Moors. Pretty hectic weather by the looks of it 🤣
Greetings, nature is beautiful
Those stones are called the wainstomes and it’s on a popular hiking route called the Cleveland way
Liam, the Yorkshire 3 peaks are calling your name, under 12 hours and you get a cerificate for your bedroom wall. would love to see and hear your views on them, stay at Settle or Horton
Just subscribed, I found the Mini three peaks a week ago.Returned there Twice already a magical place.
Really enjoying the channel 🙌🏼
Good to see your doing really well, been watching your adventures and so happy for you 👍
That tent is decent, especially when you consider how small it is once folded all the way down.
Alright Liam, that key for the corned beef, keep it coz you can use it to release shopping trolleys instead of using a quid ; ) love your vids mate
I would get one of those small flat pack metal fire boxes for emergency's, cheap and weigh nothing and they work, you can always find something to burn but not in that wind.
Respect Liam I love your vids mate

Where is he exactly? I live near the moor and fancy this walk
@@MrMattytube Cold Moor camp spot. The rocky outcrop earlier was Wainstones. All on the Cleveland Way.
