    After watching your videos, I started playing stormcaller/scorpion and it's going really well! Before I played lots of wraith pushes, early war factory, flanks from all angles - anything aggressive. You helped me realize siege games and standard play work just as well or better.

      That's one of the things I like about Mechabellum is the constant strategic decision-making and each round compounds on the last. Aggro setups can definitely work, but I'm more of a standard player. Even with my coaching background, I always valued being prepared and not trying to do anything too fancy.
      Funny enough, I just lost a game that I had Scorpions and needed Stormcallers but never got 'em 🤣

    Doesnt siege mode make them shoot less often :o they went up to 6 seconds, the increase/decrease can be confusing to read.

    I rank 800-1050, 70k power, so I knew there would be value in this video. I didnt realize stormies can disable anti missile with emp. TBH I never used EMP tech. Good stuff.

    Nice game!. a small thing. Because you gave the arclight range they lock on to the sabertooth. so no chaff clear in the beginning. Keep it up!

      I more than doubled his chaff and his chaff wasn't really a threat at the time, so I'm not sure why I upgraded range. I would have been fine with standard arcs, especially since I don't upgrade them. That upgrade is wasted supplies. These are the type of things I need to improve on. Thanks for pointing it out!

    Hey, im new to the game, hovering around 900mmr right now and im curious about this mustang choice around 6:00. Why do u specifically want them on lvl3 and whats the general idea behind them there? When i was trying to do some mustangs they get owned by the shields upgrades.

      The reason I opted for the Mustangs is because they aren’t great in the beginning, but they scale very well.
      The DPS (damage per second) of level one Mustangs is 87.5. Against units with Armor Enhancement, because it blocks 60 of incoming damage, the Mustangs don’t actually do any damage to them because even though their DPS is 87.5, their attacks are only 35.
      The DPS of level three Mustangs is 262.5, which is significantly higher. Against units with Armor Enhancement, their adjusted DPS is 112.5. Not great, but this is without any attack upgrades or Armor Piercing tech. Level four Mustangs have a DPS of 350; level five, 437.5. If we took a level five Mustang against Armor Enhancements, its effective DPS is 287.5, which is still really good. And again, this is without upgrades, AP tech, or cards (such as Improved or Advanced Firepower Control Systems).
      Just for S&G, let’s say we had level five Mustangs with AP tech, level two attack upgrades from the tower, and the Advanced Firepower Control System card, their DPS would then be 1,662.5 (1,512.5 DPS versus units with Armor Enhancement).
      Basically, the idea behind it was to turn them into my carry units.

    Just saying this you can inflate your MMR real fast by winning in FFA low MMR
    Of course you get ground into the ground after that but quick way to rise atleast in my experience.

    The little jingles made me laugh, they hit at just the right time, didn't last too long, and didn't happen too often to be annoying. Really slick, and well implemented.
    Great fight, really interesting to see and hear your plan take shape definitely taking notes.

    You talk about anti-missile mustangs like they are a good thing. I believe that tech is a trap. Your mustangs stop shooting at chaff and air. Instead they get worse over-time at shooting down the missiles. The better techs are anti-missile sabretooth with the best being war factory as those units continue to do their thing while also shooting the missiles. Looking at better players than myself, they seem to agree. I haven't seen anti-missile mustangs in higher tier games.
    If you are desperate, the anti-missile turrets are likely better as each unit gets to fulfill its role. At the very least, when going anti-missile mustangs, never click another technology and never level mustangs. Other techs won't be used while killing missiles. Level 1 mustang kills missiles just as well as level 9.

      I'm a Mustang MI believer! :) WF is better, of course. That said, WF + MI + Maintenance is expensive. And then you're going to want Overlord + Photon tech. That's such a substantial investment. Sabers and Sabers + static MI are great if they don't have EMP. But when it crosses the line of being manageable to "oh dang, we need to do something about this," Mustangs are a great choice imo. The idea that they shoot the missiles and therefore won't do damage to other things isn't very convincing to me. I've tested this many times and that is just not the same perspective I share, respectfully. I know I'm in the minority on this.
      That's the beauty of Mechabellum. Lots of combinations and playstyles :)

      @@WhoopedGG Each AM tech has its place. For me it comes down to there are better players than myself. All of them seem to avoid AM mustangs.
      If you go AM mustangs, you need other chaff clear. Which is fine as long as you take care if.

      I appreciate the feedback. I realize that kind of thing isn't for everyone. I try to keep it to a minimum so that it doesn't take away from the gameplay, but I also want to add my own style to it. It's tough finding the right balance. I aim to be authentic, laid back, competitive, with just a little splash of comedy to keep things interesting.
