Pete, thanks for the information. I'm sure some people with love the look. However it's not for me. I've seen a few muscle cars with kits like this and I just don't like the look on a muscle car. With that said, if the LED's were white and pointed up/in, and used an external battery source, it might be an easy way to light the under side of the car when working on things.
Love your channel Pete. Wish it was back to building motors. I’m just confused where your channel is going as not long ago you mentioned about parts from China and here you are promoting a Chinese company.
You are absolutely correct. I tried to make it about different LED's and what to buy. I can only build so many engines over and over. I'll go back to Cobra videos.
I understand your point. However there is a market for these lights and Pete is making an effort to reach a broader audience. I have no interest in doing this modification to my vehicle. However there is something to be learned. Least we forget the pandemic has impacted everything.
The honest answer is companies offer to send me all sorts of auto related products to try. I turn down 80% of them unless there is something to learn from them. I don't wanted to be just a product review guy,
I was going to do this but just make sure its legal to "ride" with them on. In Washington state it is illegal to have neon lights underside and on top while the car is moving on public streets. Its ok if its on private property to be on and moving. Ugh! I'm gonna make my car insides light up like a disco ball then. Nice video!

I am seeing more cars with LED lighting. I use them for interior lights and they work great. That's a great idea.
Morning Pete! Thanks for this!
Thanks Mike!
This was more of a what is an led light video, didn't even get into how to connect the power source
There are many ways to connect the power source.

You barely even showed how to install it

In New York they are legal as long as they stay on white.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
I’m so excited The Fast & Furious is coming back!
I use LED's for many different things and it helps to know what is really needed.
