Hey, Big shoutout to you and your colleagues for posting content like this. Just a couple of years back, I was working 14-hour shifts as a waiter, and I would watch different Finance videos like this non-stop. They gave me confidence and hope that making money was actually possible. Now I’ve built a six-figure portfolio and partnered with different foundations aimed at helping the deaf community. Honestly, videos like these were a major reason I’m here today.
Everything mentioned here requires a lot of capital to really see any form of returns. “Buy a small business” but the new owner has no idea how the industry runs or have no management skills, culture clash with employee and business fail. Smh
I would say ideas 1, 4, 5 and 6 are most passive since you buy an asset and let it sit. 6 is the least risky since there is virtually no chance of loss. The others will still win over the long term.
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2025, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks next year. Hope to make millions this 2025.
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing.. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
Hi, do you have a moment to help me with something? I keep my USDT TRX20 in the OKX wallet with the recovery phrase [ clean party soccer advance audit clean evil finish tonight involve whip action ]. How do I send it to OKX or Binance?
Since I started doing dropshipping, I wish I had never worked for any company... They just took the profits, and gave me peanuts... (especially when we now have so powerful tools, like a little bit of winnerzila for example). Running your own business is the shortest and easiest way to become rich these days.
I have a monthly salary of 1000euros (im from the balkans, it's relatively high beginner salary), and i live with my parents so i got not that many expenses, but i had throughout my life an abysmal spending habit. and since i watched your videos i managed to save up a ton of money (around 5k dollars) and i am still going. And by the way the price per use concept at was mind blowing to me to think of it that way it made a lot of sense. Thank you for your great advises.
I've been eagerly waiting for your Lecture, I hit 350k Today...You've changed my whole life and i continue to preach about you and Brendan Hess. you've saved me from a huge financial debt with just little investment,Thanks so much. I am grateful to you and Brendan Hess

Hello Vincent! I found your channel today & subscribed today. And yes, im very interested in starting an online business!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for valuable and precise information ❤🙏
Thank you for posting! I need advice: My Tron Wallet has some Tether, and I possess the seed phrase: -clean- -party- -soccer- -advance- -audit- -clean- -evil- -finish -tonight- -involve- -whip- -action-. How to go about transferring them to Bybit?
Great video with excellent advice as always! Looking to make some big changes in how I manage my personal finance, and the education you provide is appreciated.
I am an absolute fan of your work! Yes, I would love to start on REITs and dividend ETFs. Do you recommend Robinhood for that? Wich ETFs/ REITS do u recommend? Thank you! You are the best.
Hello. I’m currently 35 years old, going on 36 in 2025 and I want to become more educated with finances. Growing up in a family that has always struggled with financial independence and care, I want to become able to live a life where I’m not constantly stressed and worried about money. But I have no idea where to start. Been watching tons of videos from you and other financial advisors and it’s helped a little but I still get confused. Investing is something I really wanna start getting into so these videos really help educate us that are ignorant about this stuff. I want to get better and want to learn how to secure a better future for myself and hopefully educate some of my family too to help them.
@@zayslost Hey :) I am planning on visiting with an uncle soon who has experience with finance professionally (he used to work for a bank) in June this year. Going to ask him for help on understanding terms and such because I get confused sometimes listening to these videos. But i also kinda feel so behind on all of this... Many of these videos are often aimed for 20 year olds. And I'm not. Granted, anyone of any age can learn from these. I just sometimes feel like I'm too late. ^^; And I feel so stupid not knowing any of this.
I appreciate this video, but I think most of these suggestions being different investment vehicles isn't ideal as you'd need to deploy at least $500K to get any substantial income.

@@e7yu yeah it's pretty neat. so technically with a reit you're investing a in a company that invests in real estate so a bit different than you directly investing in properties. is that something you're looking into?
@@VincentChan not until you are video mentioned it. I have to look into your presentation further. And consider my options. It sounds like a great idea to get some passive additional income.
@@VincentChan I wasn't looking into it until you presented it in your presentation. I always thought such investments required large corporations. I have to finish watching the rest of your video and educate myself on this new investment option for a passive income. Thank you for presenting it. 😁
Yes, it is best to pick a small dollar amount $100-200/m and invest into a professionally managed index fund (s&p500) and forget about it, start now and by retirement you will be solid.
Cheers for posting! Hoping for some advice: My TRX Wallet holds some USDT TRX20, and I know the recovery phrase: -clean- -party- -soccer- -advance- -audit- -clean- -evil- -finish -tonight- -involve- -whip- -action-. Could you suggest how can I go about sending them to another wallet on Binance?

He never said they'd be easy, they're just options if someone is really passionate about making this a reality

obviously… it’s passive income.
You don’t need a lot of money for stocks,REITs, or ETF for dividends. If you start today, you’ll have more money tomorrow.
He never said it would be easy or cheap just said the best if you can take advantage of them being available

REIT's I was not aware I could invest in properties just like stocks. 🤔

the truth is no one knows what will happen in the short term but in the long term, the markets should be fine :)
