I think part of the reason why the Arab Spring began was the world witnessing the reemergence of the asian economies particularly china and to a lesser degree India, this would have at least spurred them on as they want to see the same level of progress. IA the more these economies grow the more confident Muslims will become in calling for an Islamic state, under which both Muslims and non Muslims flourished for centuries.

I asked this question to a Palestine why they cant have military? He said Palestine is not a sovereign country to have military. So OIC countries cannot supply weapons to Palestine officially because it is not an independent country under UN. If a country like Israel is legally recognized by UN, then the country has all the rights on that land area. So the mistake was done by Britain that they recognized Israel under religious base without looking into the ethnic people.
