    I have watched at least 20 of your videos, and it still makes me smile every time you say "plaunts". 🥰🥰 I love it so much that every time my roommate asks about new growth or any exciting new developments, I've listening to so many of your videos around him that now he asks how my "plaunts" are doing. 😂☺️🥰

      Because they don't want their brains to work, because that's an effort they don't want to take, so this sounds to technical and from Mars talking. I am with you, it is annoying. If the dislikes come from biologists, I would love to read about their views on the issue

    I discovered you, Swedish Plantguys, last night. Thank you for saving me from repotting my plants incorrectly and without the correct soil mix ( soil and pumice). On behalf of my plants, they also say thank you. Your videos are all entertaining, educational and on point! Question- perhaps you already cover this in an existing video, how to plant in a container without holes for proper drainage? Also, who are you? Please at some point let us know your name and how you have come to know so much about plants. Btw, you say that talking to plants increases CO2 exposure for them and that is good for growth. Personally, I like to think it's our friendship that causes them thrive so well. I know my plants always make me feel better and "grow". Thanks again!

    Great video. Thank you! I just remembered an interesting fact that a friend told me that some succulents actually slow their growth or even shed leaves when provided with more light as this helps the plant remain hydrated when there is a scariness of water. Less leaves = less area to lose moisture from.

    Hello Swedish Plantguys,
    Thank you very much for the explanatory videos. I really enjoyed the ones related to dracaenas, since recently I have bought couple of varieties.
    I am a new subscriber to your channel and in few of your videos, you are talking about pumice. I have reviewed the specific video for that and got really interested in the volcanic rock. I live in Bulgaria, and I have visited multiple stores and go on a lot of websites, but was unable to find similar mixture to the one you are describing. In most of the cases the volcanic rock sold here is used for decoration or only for aquarium purposes.
    Can you please help us find such potting mixture or at least give us a link/photo of the bag which it is shipped with ?
    Thank you in advance and keep up the good work. Looking forward to your next videos !!

I have grow lights on all my indoor plants but most don't grow as large as the plants that are outdoors and winter in the greenhouse. Can't wait for warm weather to move most of them outside!

    Thank you for shearing your information & knowledge about plants 🌱.. My question is if plants are doing photosynthesis to get sugar , then is it a better way to add sugar to the soil? I’m only wondering!!!

    • @ilyanaismail5391
      @ilyanaismail5391 3 года назад

      Adding sugar to the soil won't help the plant (if I remember my biology lessons from school).
      I'm not a botanist or plant biologist, but I vaguely recall learning this in school. The sugars that plants make are at the basic level, which then gets used to make more complex sugars (like cellulose) and carbohydrates (in tuberous plants).

    Omg this is the best plant info I surly learn and understand so much better. Well said. Thank you for educating us. Can you tell me what type of plants or trees to plant next to my favorite fruit tree to help my fruits tree grow faster and bigger. For an example: I'm from Cambodia ( learn from our ancestor) normally it is usually takes 10 year for the jamun plum tree to bare fruits but if you plant certain tree or weeds or other plants next to it, my fruit tree will bare fruit in 3-4 year. I know one plant is best but can not find it in America.
