How do yall train the elbows like do yall have days you wear elbow pads during sparring mandatory or anytime as long as 2 ppl agreed on it? Or is that restricted to Padwork/Bagwork? Love the channel btw i been searching for Muay Thai sparring content other than Siam Boxing and immediately subscribed!
Really appreciate your words. You have no idea 🤲🏿 also at this gym they specifically had them sparring depending on what equipment the members had and based on their skill level. This was a lighter spar but for the more advanced fighters head gear, knee pads, and elbow pads are used. Of course all striking is controlled unless it's a fight camp workout!
