- Dakota and I were bored the other day, so we decided to film a truth or dare video! These are always so much fun to film!! We posted an Instagram story, and let y'all submit your best truth or dare suggestions! I picked a list of 11 for each and randomly selected who got to do each one based on a number generator. There were so many insane suggestions like drinking toilet water, showering with clothes on, and talking about marriage! We did all of the dares and answered all of the truths for y'all, and there was some crazy stuff! Some tea spilled haha! Even Finn enjoyed filming the video with us!

Loved the video and my girl Brooklyn. After all that she’s been through, we should really want her to take her time with any engagement. There’s no limit to how many months or how many years a person needs to date someone before they are engaged. Some are putting pressure because Bailey is married, but seriously it will happen in due time.
I completely agree. Bailey also got married relatively young, which is not a bad thing (I love her & Asa together), but it is sad people put pressure on Brooklyn to get married. My parents dated for over 10 years before they got married. It is better to date a long time before getting married.
And bailey and Asa had been together for years whereas Brooklyn and Dakota have only been together for months. It must be hard as a twin to be constantly compared. But I hope Brooklyn takes things at the right pace for herself without listening to others

I know they aren’t engaged yet but for anyone who thinks it’s too soon, my parents got engaged after 3 months of dating and a 3 month engagement. They are still happily in love and married 34 years later. Me ( currently 25) and my husband also got engaged after 5 months of dating and have now been married for 5 years. When ya know ya know. People can date or live together for literally 10 years and still get divorced or vis versa. Every couple has a different timeline, there isn’t a right or wrong answer. Marriage is tough and beautiful no matter what. It’s just a daily decision to continually be committed to your partner, even on the hard days.
Same! I met my husband in January, engaged in May, married in September! So a little longer but still under a year!

@@lindsey5365 who says anyone is comparing Brooklyn's story to ours? We're simply just stating how time isn't always a factor in relationships. Some people date a few months before getting engaged. So me people date for years. The fact of the matter is when you know, you know.

@@puck6380 yeah i got the feeling that when they broke up it was because he wasnt ready for the next step yet and I think she kinda said something along the lines of "right person wrong time", but sometimes it just is the case of, they are not ready for the next step...with you, and that sucks and it hurts but just means they were not going to be your person. I know someone who had that situation where someone said they didnt want to do anything too serious , and then didnt want to do distance.....but then after they broke up he went off and got into a committed even further distance relationship and got engaged, and even though she was ver him and seeing someone else who she liked, still hurt.

Please don't get engaged until you have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of each other. I know that never having a major fight might seem like a good thing and it is in a way but it can also just show you didn't spend enough time getting to know the other person.
Love this so much. My dad has always told me to not get engaged or married until I've had a big fight with my significant other. That way you know how they react and treat you, and they know the same about you, before making a significant step like marriage in the relationship.
@@rebeccastearmer4290 my husband and I have never had a big fight. We do disagree from time to time, but it never turns into what I would consider a fight, because we communicate calmly and respect each other. I believe it's healthier to have strong communication and respect for each other so that when something does go wrong we DON'T blow up at each other, but can talk it out lovingly and rationally. I can't even imagine fighting with him. It would feel immature, unloving, and wrong. 💕
You know that's actually very stupid advice because as an adult in a relationship you should be able to communicate without having a big blowout fight but some of y'all school kids think y'all know it all

Couples that are "we neeevverrrrrr fight Not one fight in our entire relationship🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰" are actually living a very unhealthy relationship. Everyone disagrees. Its not possible to not disagree with someone over some things, it's a human experience we all deal with. If couples are going years without having a fight, it means those disagreements are being swept under the rug and not being dealt with. Which is obviously very damaging and causes a lot more resentment.
Having a fight also gives you the chance to see how the person reacts when frustrated. Do they hit? Do they scream and storm off? Throw things? Demean you?
Those are all things that need to be figured out before entering marriage. I'd hate for anyone to not know they are marrying someone with intense anger issues until they are married and living together for years.
Fighting is healthy. Not fighting and pretending it's okay in the name of love, is not.
You two are such an adorable couple. You guys honestly remind me of Bailey and Asa's relationship. You can see Brooklyns joy, happiness, glow just like Bailey had as well.
