Nice you got a chance to try some out. Suspension is the most important thing on a dirt bike. I was fortunate to get this set used for a good price and they have worked well on 3+ bikes the past 3 years.
I am not sure the overall length change on the 23/24 forks. I usually measure the triple clamp to front axle length of the stock forks and slide the WP CV forks in the clamps to match that dimension as a starting point. I've used this set of forks on 19~23 450 Factory Editions and they have worked great on all of those bikes.
@@mxengineer1 oh sweet I’ll give that a watch now, but more so meant just to have a good close up look at the bike and also because it looks so good with the conevalves! I just put some on my rockstar edition and riding tomorrow with them, I can’t wait Big support from Australia
@@mxengineer1 hi mate! Really well actually, has made a big difference from the stock air, I’ve been swapping them into my 21 gas gas mc450 as well, huge upgrade
@@chriszacharias7968 That is great to hear! Suspension is #1 on dirt bikes and the high end stuff is expensive but makes a big difference. Plus once you buy it easy enough to switch between bikes - especially if you ride Austrian bikes!
I think both Ohlins and WP Cone Valve forks can work amazing - really depends on the setting. I may give the slight edge to Ohlins just because the gold color looks pretty cool. The WP Pro Components have to edge of being developed for KTM bikes. I would go with whatever brand you have better support for set up.
ktm has been making these for so long I cant imagine that they could cost that much to manufacture and put on consumer bikes. wp suspension is the only thing from keeping me buying a ktm again.
Rode a set of these on a mutual friends 300xc in the mountains of idaho. I was blown away. Just can’t afford something like that.

Nice wheelie 🚀
Thanks! 😁
Isnt new new chassis forks little bit lower than the 19 - 22 chassi forks?

@@mxengineer1 Okay thanks,
Can we get a good walk around of this bike with the forks and some close ups, just a nice review of the bike
Here is my 3-hour review of this bike (before I installed the WP CV forks)..... ruclips.net/video/0Fc0xJp0hpA/видео.html

@@chriszacharias7968 How have the WP Cone Valve forks worked out on your Rockstar Edition?

What do you like better the ohlins A kit stuff or the wp cone valve stuff?

Would be cool if WP Pro Components came with the Factory Edition motocross models. Just think if KTM's came with KYB components;)
