Been searching for this answer a lot ... Hybrid? Totally WFH? ... I think I'm landing on totally WFH as my preference ... with very minimal days in-person at the office.

I prefer working from home! Love the time I save time commuting and can work towards my goals and hobbies. WFH also helps focus on the work itself rather than getting distracted.
I WFH 3 days a week and 2 days in the office. I've been enjoying the office lately, finally seeing people after 2yrs has been nice. That said I find WFH easier and I do more, as less distractions compared to the office

YES, it helped me out so much this past week! I was getting so down on myself for not focusing as well in office instead of re-allocating tasks that would suit me better in office when I can't focus as well!
I am doing a hybrid arrangement as well. I work at home Monday, Tuesday and Friday and I work in the office on Wednesday and Thursday. I also share a desk and cannot leave my supplies on my desk after I leave on Thursday. We do not have a lot of storage so I bought one of those three tier rolling carts that you can find at Michaels or Staples. That was such a good decision for me. I now just roll the cart right beside my desk while I am working and I have access to everything I might need during the day. It saves a lot of time gathering and setting everything up on Wed morning and putting everything away on Thurs afternoon.

right now i’m working fully in the office! i currently live with my parents but once i move out and have my own place, i would love to try out working more remotely. i find more distractions at home with all my younger siblings running around!

Hi Carter amazing vlog as usual right now I work from home because of my kids still doing school online and it’s a personal choice however there is a great pressure on us to go back full fledge to the office but I prefer work from home and may be a hybrid situation just to have a balance in life I loved your tips and I hope Stella‘s Is doing better and no one can judge you please spoil her we spoil our kids if they get hurt or even for no reason thank you again and when it comes to work clothes I don’t invest a lot in my work clothes to sending love from Dubai XOX💕
