Yes, I think of how much Billie's voice has matured since she recorded this at 18 years old - recorded in the tour bus. Her voice has gotten so much stronger and she can do more during performances. Very beautiful song and singing.
If you were a fan of hers at 15 she can sing. She has sang many songs with this voice. She's also done covers one of my favorites is on RUclips I'm bad cover. However if you actually listen to her at 15 and 16 you will see she's always had a great voice.

I'm pretty sure Jack White and Alicia Keys's Another Way to Die shouldn't have made the cut for Quantum of Solace. ..and for that matter, as much as I love Madonna, someone else should have recorded Die Another Day. She was not the right choice for the song.
