Tbh not really - that's where almost any pro drivers apexes whether they are driving a GT3 car, Prototype, Spec Miata, etc. The road is slightly cambered in there so that's where the grip is. Just need to hold the apex for a longer period of time.
@@DionvonMoltke good enough for me! Great videos. Your 3 biggest mistakes at Sebring helped me a lot. I especially liked the later 2nd downshift coming off the back straight. Helped a lot. Can’t wait to try your pointers at VIR on Monday.
Hey Rad Racer! Thanks for reaching out. We do everything virtually but 100% personalized which allows us to reduce the upfront cost of working 1 on 1 with the best coaches by up to 95%. You can learn a little bit more about our coaching services at blayze.io. Essentially you can upload your video and or data, select your pro coach, and then send you back a detailed and personalized deep dive coaching session where they break down your video much like you see here. If you have any questions you can also reach us at team@blayze.io anytime!
Like the review. Great for my students and I learned a lot also. Your thought on skip shifting into Oak Tree versus dropping two gears since you are not advocating throttle there? Standard gearbox. Thank you!
This worked like a charm in sim racing. Thank you!
Love it when that happens!!
Would love to see you talk about the braking zone from the back straight through the roller coaster section.
Good stuff. Your advice for turn 1 does go counter to other tutorials all advising late apex. I suppose momentum vs HP cars will factor in?

I love watching all Audi's Go Go Go
Great review, thanks.
I'll be competing here twice this year and I'm interested in some of your coaching. It's live at the track?

Jay McArdle awesome, so glad you found it helpful! For quite a few reasons we are not a fan of skip shifting anywhere actually.
