@@nilshagner6729 It was the same factory. But he says in this video he didn't film it all in one day. Which means these workers have to hear für Elise for hours on end every day. Sounds like torture.

I used to pour concrete light poles in a similar fashion. I'll explain the steel cables for those that want more info.
Concrete is way stronger in compression than it is in tension, so the best way keep its strength in a span is to "squash" it together. That is what the steel cables are for. They are pulled tight before the concrete is poured and then after the concrete cures, the ends are cut and the cables shrink back some pulling the concrete with it. When we cut the cables on the light poles, a 30ft pole would shrink about 1 inch in the form.

cheeto4493 Why did they leave the hooks on top of the plate? They scratched the surface there, i.e. it will be filled with a certain mixture. Did you leave hooks for the floor screed

Ключевое это то что эта высокопрочная проволока натягивается с определенным усилием до того как бетон затвердеет.
Обратите внимание, что арматура в виде сетки и прутьев - свободно лежит, а проволоку натягивают с определенным усилием.
Именно это даёт получившемуся бетону особые прочностные характеристики.

I've seen a pretensioned concrete underground garage where you can turn a semi tractor around. This is with a 52 foot trailer. There are no supports in the area. I learned a lot as a carpenter on that job. We also did some post tensioned slabs work on that job.

중공(中空-중간이 비게)을 만드는 게 어려운데, 싸고 가벼운 스티로폼을 이용해서 간단하게 만들었네. 진짜 중공은 아니지만, 스티로폼의 중량이야 없는 거나 마찬가지.
물류센터에 가장 많이 사용되는 공법이라고 하네요:) 단열 성능도 좋아서 냉동창고 짓기에도 좋다고 합니다 :) 영상 만들다보니 별걸 다 알게 되네요 !

The hook shaped ties were alright to resist the contracting fources of prestressing and the deformation fources of use but the Styrofoam blocks that occupy almost the entire space and leaves the ties very nearly empty- takes this into alice in wonderland

PS 콘크리트의 하부 강연선 부분이네요.
이 부분의 핵심은 아주 강하게(짱짱하게) 당기는 강연선이고,
철근 배근은 보조,
인장력은 강연선이 받기 때문에 피복 콘크리트 외에는 필요가 없다고,
스티로폼 넣어서 빈공간 만들고 무게 줄여주는 효과를 주는 거네요.
스티로폼 대신 빈공간인 공기층을 두어도 되지만,
고무 풍선 등으로 바람 채워서 빈공간 만드는 비용보다,
스티로폼이 싸게 먹힌다고 이 공법을 사용하는 듯!
압축응력은,
나중에 상부에 타설하는 현장치기 콘크리트가 되겠네요.
스티로폼(eps)는 비용절감 보다 물류창고의 저온 층에 조립되는 부재로 단열 목적이 있습니다~!

스치로폴은 그냥 빈공간 만들어도 강성 나오니 넣는건가요?
구조적으로 강한 형태를 만들어 강도를 유지하면서 자체 중량을 줄이기위해 중간에 빈공간을 만드는데 저렴하면서 간단하게 빈공간을 만들려고 스티로폼을 사용합니다. 부가적으로 단열성이 높아져 단열시공에 드는 비용을 아낄 수 있습니다.

At 4:48 I do not agree with the rebar touching the Styrofoam as the steel is not fully embedded in the concrete and in that position in the plank it is in compression. Apart from that all is fine, I certainly did not expect that to be allowed.
Also in the unlikely event of a severe fire, the foam just melts and leaves a hollow void.

some of that rebar needed rebar chairs for proper depth in the floor slab that they missed. The rebar right up against the styrofoam wouldn't be able to develop proper tension because its not fully encased in concrete. I wouldn't accept it.

У нас всю форму вибрируют.
Они же не на стройке что ручными вибраторами работать.
